酒店位置挺好的，門前也有免費停車位，停車還是挺方便的，前台接待態度冷漠，客房設施陳舊，衞生間牆磚脱落無梳粧鏡，床頭插座鬆垮充電器根本插不住，餐巾紙還需付費，總之酒店的體驗感不是太好。

感謝服務員撿到身份證送入房間。床品洗漱台地麪均乾淨，#房間設施門鎖反鎖是壞的！並無鎖鏈！垃圾桶蓋壞的。沙發比較臟衞生間排風扇甘比拖拉機，燈非常暗。隔音稍差，隔壁聊天一清二楚，本人並無偷聽習慣、強迫收聽。

前台老闆娘給了我們五張房卡，讓我們自己上樓挑選一個房間，原來是第一個房間的門鎖壞了，還有一個房間的玻璃裂縫了，希望老闆已經把門鎖和窗户修好了。除此之外，酒店房間温暖，熱水供應穩定，兩人入住空間寬敞。第二天上午退房，老闆娘推薦了酒店隔壁的紅樽香羊食府，手抓羊肉份量大，羊肉餃子香噴噴，店家送了蕎麥茶，鹽池縣灘羊名不虛傳。非常推薦！

酒店空間很大，服務也很好，就是不隔音啊，隔壁有個孩子一直哭，一直哭，哭了一晚上，一直哭，我就聽了一晚上，真的是，這個早上我的精神很差，那孩子一直哭，我出去勸了，**媽説發燒了，發燒不會送醫院嗎？怎麼在酒店裡硬挺着？真的，不會是人販子吧，一點也不心疼孩子，一星是給隔音的，一晚上沒睡覺，煩死了。

下午入住，門的反鎖鏈子是壞的，室內還有一個桶接空調水，滴答滴答很吵。本來想下午好好睡一覺，結果房間隔音極差，門外不停有保潔阿姨的吵鬧聲，跟菜市場一樣，晚上就直接退房走人了。房間有天窗但無法開窗，和無窗差不多，按金交了50，退房的時候才發現連紙巾都要收費，前台還以床單污漬為由扣留按金。住酒店這麼多年了，第一次見打掃衞生都要額外收費的，體驗極差！偽三鑽酒店
