Compared with other five-star hotels of the same level, Marriott's service is really good. The room is also spacious, and I especially like the bathroom facilities. Now I like this kind of bathtub next to the floor-to-ceiling window, so I can take a bath and enjoy the view. The breakfast did not meet my expectations. The noodles were not handmade and there were not many varieties. The seats were a bit crowded. Other facilities: I tried the spa and gym. The gym was good and had a complete range of equipment.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless—perfect for families. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation, a nearby mall, and plenty of dining and shopping options. This year I chose to come to Yancheng for the Chinese New Year and stayed at the InterContinental Yancheng Gangfu Hotel. Every staff member in the hotel lobby was warm and courteous, making us feel at home. The beautiful lobby restaurant and rich breakfast add to the flavor of the New Year. This time I want to thank the staff of the InterContinental Hotel Hong Kong from the bottom of my heart. On the way back from the hotel, I suddenly discovered that my leather suit was missing. I immediately called the front desk of the hotel. The young man at the front desk immediately helped me find it and contacted the courier for me. Send it back. Thank you to the young man at the hotel for caring about the guests' concerns. This spirit of wholehearted customer service is worthy of praise. I would also like to thank a hotel attendant named LISA who gave us a beautiful small gift when we left the hotel. Her warm smile made us feel like spring breeze. New hotel, friendly staff but is going to be outdated soon. Bad sound proofing , lots of drunk Chinese people shouting in the corridor at night time. The breakfast variety is so poor for Europeans. Please teach your staff in the restaurant to cook sunny side up eggs and refill the dishes without reminding. Overall, it’s not “real Hilton” experience.

The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, with large water volume, fast hot water output, and stable water temperature~ There is also a movable LED mirror next to the makeup mirror, which is very convenient for cleaning~ The auntie cleans very well, and the service attitude is also kind. The overall service of the hotel is very warm. There are snacks in the afternoon, good night porridge in the evening, and sour plum soup to quench your thirst. We will go to the lobby to drink a few cups of sour plum soup when we come back from our play. The day before we left, it was relatively cold Late train, so the hotel extended the check-out time for us~
