第二次入住，就放在第一次裏面評價了。
1.關不上的浴室門，磁吸封條也沒有，洗澡都能撞到。
2.漏放的浴巾，客房有疏忽能理解，送的保安一副看敵人的眼神，一句話不説，是背了多少不該承受的鍋？
3.至今未解決的地漏反臭，臭的令人作嘔。
4.開了半天的自動不出暖風的空調，要自動有何用？
衞生，服務，裝修，全是問題。體感再次下頭，很難想象這是一家掛了全季招牌的住店。

一直鍾情於全季酒店，原因是大廳簡約的東方裝飾，餐廳有可口的東方早餐，尤其是這家店，竟然還有大蝦，前台服務也很熱情，入住時還贈送了夏日冰飲，感覺很貼心，房間寬敞明亮，推薦入住

首先想像張姓經理表示感謝。我從未見過一位前台經理的專業程度能如這位經理這般。對於客户的共情能力和需求滿足，在我住過幾百次的全季裏，我覺得鹽城行政中心解放南路店的張經理，可以排最高。
1.check in 感受：張經理詢問了我住宿情況，就提出免費為我升級房型。由於我急着去景點，張經理和值班的小妹妹非常迅速的幫我辦理了寄放，並提醒貴重物品隨身攜帶。在這個過程中，我一直找不到身份證，張經理和值班小妹妹一直安慰，沒事兒慢慢找，越急越亂。
2. 專業素養：我在當晚來來回回上下樓三四次，並且最後一次下樓在門口等人等了一個小時。在所有我能看到工作人員的時候，兩位都保持着好的儀態站着。對於職業的信念可見一斑。
3.反饋追蹤當晚十一點多張經理下班，第二天我們毫不猶豫續住，並且在白天看到張經理時，他也在詢問我們入住感受有什麼需要幫忙的。
4. 謙遜：當晚我在感受到非常美好的體驗時，主動提出了我會寫好評，張姓經理非常靦腆，説這是我們應該做的。
房間體驗和大部分全季一樣。傢俱可能有的地方有點落灰，是靠馬路的房間可以理解。
全季的浴室熱水一直讓我很迷，熱水大小不可以調節，並且一定是水龍頭從冷水到熱水，關水也是從熱水到冷水很難避免被冷水沖到。
華住小音箱可以智能開關窗簾和燈。
連保潔阿姨都有很強的使命感，遇見我們會主動問好。
唯一問題，房間有點抹布悶悶的味道。
