The day before check-in, a staff member called to ask if there were any special requests. The overall service was very good, especially Xia Jiayu and Zhu Hong who received us. The room had a balcony with a view, and two separate dry and wet rooms. They took the initiative to send children's supplies when they saw that we were with children. The hot spring environment was good, but I didn't experience the outdoor area, so I don't know if it was open. The rest area on the third floor was a bit cold, and there were only two of us in the entertainment area on the second floor, so we didn't play much. The breakfast was pretty good. It was just that I went there a little after 8 o'clock and happened to catch up with the elderly tour group in front, so many things were looted, but fortunately they were quickly replenished.

The hotel is clean and warm, check-in is fast, Ms. Lu at the front desk is enthusiastic and proactive, answering all questions, and very considerately gave us tickets to see the Dutch flower sea so that we can enjoy the flower sea world, and also gave us a small gift when we checked out. The package we purchased is very cost-effective, and we enjoyed the hot springs and spa. It is trustworthy and recommended.

This is my third time staying in this hotel. The hotel's environment, guest rooms, hot springs and the newly added entertainment and leisure center - Bo Xin Bay are very attractive.
