入住後賓館房間後，準備洗澡時發現疊放好的浴巾上面有一條很臟的男士內褲，非常噁心，當晚向反映情況後，僅有一名保安過來看了一下情況，次日到前台詢問時，一名自稱主官的女士，態度很差，擺出一副無所謂的姿態。

比較臟吧，特別是衞生間，可能裝修時間太久了，疏於管理。佔地非常大，服務人員不夠多，整個感覺比較空曠，吃飯不方便，周圍3公里有個小廣場

1.入住的時候沒有告知早餐結束時間，一般酒店都是9:30–10:00早餐結束，我們第二天9:10分不到至前台，告知早飯已經結束，一點不給吃。
2.衞生環境很差，浴室玻璃門壞的關不上、廁所門也是壞的。浴室地上每一塊瓷磚都是黃黃的很噁心。毛巾浴巾更不用説，我們使用的都是自帶一次性的，酒店毛巾拿都不敢拿。
3.房間異味嚴重，一進去就是一股經久不散的煙味，打掃通風不到位。
4.好幾個插座都是壞的，無法正常供電，燈光開關複雜不人性化。
5.交通位置不方便，雖是大豐港海洋公園店，其實海洋公園已經不經用很久，酒店附近也沒有吃飯的地方。

服務很好，雖然裝修有幾年，但依舊較新不顯舊，這樣入住環保安全，對自駕遊入住真的很實惠。

一家2017年裝修的酒店，住下來感覺酒店的亮點是早餐，不重樣房間設施，一般話。但是環境比較僻靜，適合家庭旅遊，商務居住。停車場比較大，有平價住宿意願的朋友可以考慮訂購這家的，有對酒店設施有要求的慎訂

最糟糕，沒有之一。
1、入住體驗超差、時間巨長。8/21晚上八點四十進店，大廳很大沒有開空調，悶熱比室外還熱，蚊子多都是那種草蚊子，多到放在櫃枱上的手都能喝飽血。前台小姑娘業務生僻、各種折騰，辦完入住九點半了。店長、主管都不在，衹有一個小姑娘、一個老保安，衹能按電腦裏的規矩辦事，乾著急沒辦法，退單後台也無人反應。前面一個帶吃奶娃的三口好像等了一個小時，孩子一直在啼哭。
2、定了兩間房，我們雙床房的空調製冷效果不行。

這冬天去空調製熱不行，第一天一條被子快凍感冒了，第二天換了房間也不行，還好加了一條被子，將就着吧，總體來説周邊空曠
