Hotel is neat and clean .. with very welcoming reception.. clean rooms and nice view

Okay, just average. It has all the standards of a fast hotel. Free parking. Stayed for two days, not far from the highway, and quite a distance from the city, suitable for self-driving!

The appearance and decoration of the hotel are very beautiful. The lobby is spacious and bright, with modern and luxurious decoration. I immediately felt a high-end atmosphere, which made me look forward to my upcoming stay. My room was very comfortable and spacious. The beds are soft and comfortable and the room is well equipped with TV and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom was also very clean with high quality toiletries. In addition, the service at the hotel is excellent. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and always ready to help me with my questions. They provided a lot of helpful advice and made sure I had a pleasant stay. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this stay. Check in at 11 o'clock, even if you get a tail room, there is also a super big pillar in the room! To walk from the bed to the window, you have to walk around this pillar... and the room smells very bad. We asked the front desk to change rooms, and a senior chef came to the front desk and said he would come to check. After he came, he asked us to make do with it for one night. He also said that some people like big pillars. After arguing for half an hour and seeing that we didn't want to, we started to find fault, saying that we had made the room a mess and couldn't sell it. We didn't even turn on the water in the room, we just sat on the bed, and everyone who was assigned to this room would choose to change. When they changed rooms for us, they were extremely reluctant and irritated us. Why should we be so irritated that we had to pay extra for the change? May I ask?

這一週的住宿體驗非常好，酒店工作人員都非常熱情，給我們提供了無微不至的關懷，令我們倍感温馨。尤其是手機號153***866，微信名字“小小羊”的前台經理，更是不遺餘力地幫我們解決困難，甚至在下班時間都在為我們奔波，在此，特向“小羊羊”致謝，感謝全體工作人員的悉心照顧。

房間挺整潔，在新區，停車方便，房間條件也不錯，但是用華住會會員入住沒有攜程便宜，搞不懂為何上海，蘇州的全季酒店都可以順延至2點退房，前台就是堅決不同意，需要付款49元才可以，攜程客服幫忙解決了，還是大平台信用可以

忘記拍照片了，環境非常好，設施設備很新，帶孩子住也放心，有孩子拖鞋牙刷提供， 早餐種類豐富新鮮很多是現炒的。樓裏有鹽城八大碗，樓下有KFC，總體很優秀很便利，來參加劍橋考試的，酒店還給來考試的孩子準備了加油筆袋和書簽和筆很有心，前台漂亮的主管反應快服務意識強妥善解決了問題，非常滿意

周邊交通也很方便，離小吃街，古街都不遠，買東西也很方便。房間很舒適。小愛同學也很方便很好用。酒店的大堂辦公也很舒服！還有大平台！ 酒店的工作人員特別人性化，很熱情很好！！給了很大的幫助！ 酒店的早餐也很好吃！

酒店對面是鹽城師範學院和鹽城工學院，周邊環境安靜，離瀋海高速鹽城開發區入口很近，走高架10分鐘內到。酒店大堂和餐廳在4層，3層有鹽城八大碗，味道不錯，價格合理，1-2層有可以逛吃的店。住的是零壓雙床房，面積大，佈局合理，隔音效果好，住得很舒服。有小愛同學進行智能控制，操控方便。洗澡水很大，舒服。有地下停車場，車位充足，停車方便。
