酒店實施還是不錯，前台小王服務熱情辦入住給我們解決了問題，很不錯，從辦入住一直和我們講解，把我們指引到房間，房間設施很不錯，一家人很是滿意，酒店園區都有免費的接駁車，裏面有免費的萌寵樂園，有很多小動物可以走一走看一看，有機會還會再來，推薦.

一次很難忘的旅行，居住的環境特別好，去酒店的景點都有電瓶車接送，非常方便。下雨天可以帶娃玩室內遊樂場，也可以在房間泡温泉。松鼠樂園的小松鼠很可愛，小朋友第一次跟小松鼠近距離接觸。酒店的中餐廳味道不錯，住店期間就在酒店解決就餐了。總體非常滿意。

房間裝修比較新，空間比較大，一家4口也很寬敞。衞生間洗漱台很大，馬桶區域略擁擠。主樓裏水壓很小，洗澡忽冷忽熱，體驗感降分很多。度假區裏有獨立的小動物區15元買一袋胡蘿蔔青菜蘋果投喂。餐廳是在獨立的親子中心，國慶期間晚餐是成人98一人，1.4以上孩子49元，意外地喝到了羊湯和菜飯比較滿足；早餐房費裏包含了，種類都湊合吧，普通的水準。酒店在比較偏的地方，距離鎮上車程約10分鐘，建議就在酒店對付解決。餐廳外有小童遊樂區，孩子玩得很開心，比較加分。總體來説，度假一天可以。

作為開元品牌的酒店，各方面都是完美的！酒店就像置身於森林花園之中！環境優美、清新自然，酒店自身就有很多好玩的東西，可以喂小動物、可以走吊橋、可以觀景！酒店房間非常高級、舒適，房間陽台景色太美了！馬桶也是智能馬桶，非常舒服！每一個服務人員都非常熱情、周到！尤其酒店經理，知道我們晚上的飛機，特意給我們延長了退房時間，讓我們更舒服的結束假期！實在太棒了！下次一定還要住這裏！下面所有照片都是親自拍攝+無任何PS！

酒店距離丹頂鶴保護區10分鐘車程，看丹頂鶴方便。酒店裡有萌寵樂園和小童遊戲區，適合帶娃的家庭。自助早餐食材還算豐富，對得起房費。
樂舍2樓房間對拖行李的旅客不太友好，沒有電梯，樓梯又很窄，設計不太合理。建議有條件的話還是住一樓的私湯客房。
入住時碰到一些問題，前台和銷售人員反應迅速，很快給與解決並升級了房型，整體滿意。
提些建議：
1.聯墅2樓需要扛行李爬樓梯，不太合理，而且樓梯太窄了，搬行李也很不方便。
2.迷你吧的冰箱門竟然會被櫃門擋住無法打開，建議統一改造一下櫃門的門檔。
3.私湯泡池的進水龍頭設計不合理，水流會直接水平沖擊對面的池壁，體驗不太好。
4.院子裏蚊子和爬蟲比較多，蚊子還能點蚊香解決，但數量眾多的小爬蟲會在湯池邊爬行甚至掉到湯池裡，對女生和小孩來説，有點嚇人。
5.紙巾盒底蓋是磁鐵吸附但吸力不夠，一移動就會掉下來。
6.房間的空調出風口對着床頭吹，睡覺的時候吹得很不舒服。關了空調又太悶熱。

住的主樓，房間比較小，感覺比較侷促。枕頭不太行，不舒服，沒有慢回彈或者乳膠枕。
前台的員工都還蠻友好的，有問題響應也都很及時。
吃的不太行，選擇少，口味和食材都很一般，尤其是晚餐，衹有自助，補餐很慢，沒什麼可吃的。
不過早餐麪檔的兩個小姐姐人都非常非常 nice.
酒店的位置很偏，附近沒啥吃的，要提前做好規劃。

酒店地址靠近丹頂鶴濕地公園，環境特別好，遊樂設施也很多，芳草地從來都不會讓人失望！
提前定的私湯房，入住前幾日，前台小沈就與我取得聯繫，告訴了我酒店詳細地址，節日酒店的特色活動，還有餐飲等內容。小沈服務很熱情周到，我詢問了一些旅遊的其他情況，她也一一解答。
房間不算大，但雙床房的床都是1.35的，對二胎家庭很是友好。每個私湯房配一個小水池，都配有遮陽篷，據説是海温泉。酒店每天都送水果，非常貼心。
酒店的遊玩項目挺多，有好多小動物喂，有小朋友的室內遊樂場和室外遊樂場，小朋友特別喜歡。以後會一如既往的選擇芳草地，親子酒店的第一選擇。

印象整體還可以吧，有小動物園，環境也是古色古香的。説幾點不足吧。
1.酒店餐廳1：30就關門……關門時間太早，至少可以提供簡餐吧，附55近有沒有其他餐廳可選。
2.酒店大堂，抽煙的客人隨意進出，希望服務員可以及時提示，外面隨便抽，進了大堂還是希望要注意的
3.我們入住的房間裏有衹螞蚱，雖然很可愛，不過還是注意打掃吧
