所有項目沒有一個滿意的，環境周圍很難找吃的，衞生一般般，設施也一般般，服務員問啥都不懂，而且衹有一人值台，無保安，電梯什麼人都可隨便上下，住得很不踏實。唯一優點近鹽城站和公交站。
