一開始入住電視機壞，打不開。換房間，燈不亮，找人修。這些忍忍過去了，但是洗澡的時候地漏滴水不漏，踩着自己洗澡水堅持洗完的，忍無可忍。花兩個房間六百多就這個環境？毛巾都爛了，幾百年沒換過了吧？怎麼敢用！大家千萬不要上當！！真是如其名，夠夢幻的！！！絕無一字虛言！

不錯，人超少，相當於包場。房間挺乾淨的，有滴滴聲音也是立馬就給換了房間。性價比很高啦。迷宮真得很贊！喜歡迷宮的小朋友不要錯過！

一個差，2個字非常差，3個字極端差。帶着長者過去一起入住，服務中心安排分開老遠來住。房間也是北向沒有陽光，房間黴味重，枕頭床被子都有味道。衞生間的淋矇頭壞的，洗澡都沒法洗。要求換房間要求增加168元一間，實在是坑人。以後不會再去了。

環境一般，服務太差了，房間衞生差，前台説話很牛氣，歧視顧客，很普通的房間，價位很高，以後不會在去了，也不建議入住。

景點主要做團購，所以對散客沒有服務意識。早飯九點結束，我們八點四十幾分去那裡，吃的基本都撤走，我們問服務員還有哪些吃的，她不回答卻提醒我們還有十幾分鍾就關門了，態度比較差。退房時充電線忘記拔，因為他們收按金的，所以退房時讓保潔阿姨要檢查房間，我們請前台和正在檢查房間的阿姨問一下，充電線是否在放間裏，前台態度很差，會懟人，讓我們自己過去拿，問題是我們帶着小孩子，而且這個酒店房間是分佈式的，我們住的是水上木屋，要走好幾百米。收費堪比星級酒店，服務什麼時候能和星級酒店齊平呢？
