真的是個垃圾酒店，在平台確定好2個雙床房間去的，到了酒店開房的時候不説沒有房，卻給我們兩個小小的單人床房間，去前台問回覆是已經沒有訂的房間了，要麼直接退訂單，大年初一搞得心情都沒有，要求賠償或者給房間，領導一點服務意識都沒有，直接讓我們直接退單，就仗着大年初一房間搶手，4點多去的，6點多才商量結束，最終説在房間加一張床墊，實在肚子餓了，衹能先這樣了，前台説儘快把床墊加好，最終等我們11點回來還是沒有加好，這種服務真是無語，我住了這麼多全季從沒遇到過這家垃圾的，最無奈的是洗澡水是温的，一點都不熱，無論開多久都不然，導致都感冒了，我嚴重懷疑酒店故意把水温調過了，因為給的房間是主樓旁邊新加的矮樓房，就4間房，到了早上水温就正常熱了，看到評論的別踩坑了

外面全是空調外機特別響，就在床頭旁邊，隔音很差，吵的人根本睡不了。
打了電話給前台，她們也知道這個情況，也沒有房間換了，衹能提供耳塞。
不想睡覺的話，就定這裏吧

房間乾淨，舒適，早餐比較簡單，沒什麼吃的。離主街很近，很方便。服務也不錯，整理的很乾凈。就是，門口的停車場車位難停。門口的閘門還反應很慢，很浪費時間。

服務：當時辦理酒店會員的時候店員説入住會員以後會員可以兩點退房，之前到哪入住都是可以兩點退，為什麼到了大豐這家酒店就不行？説什麼我應該是很久沒用華住會辦理入住了降級了所以衹能一點腿呵呵！第一次聽説！辦理會員也沒人和説啊！電話打來説我不是用華住會登入辦理的我是通過中介辦理的所以衹能一點退房，你是有多急着掛電話麼？我剛問兩句你就讓我問前台吧，那你這邊打電話過來的又是什麼部門？就僅僅問我還續不續住而已？再説説這個標間的床吧是每個城市的標間床不一樣大麼？這是我在全季入住的標間最小的床了淋浴間更不用説！這次的體驗感太差了！服務有待提高！

出行住酒店一直是在攜程上訂的，信譽好，價格有優惠，這次是在攜程上訂的大豐全季酒店。房間乾淨整潔，很寬敞，在市中心，吃飯購物逛街都非常棒！設施一應俱全。自助早餐品種豐富有中式，有西式，感覺特別滿意。我們是70歲以上的老兩口，在這裏住宿感覺在家一樣，住的舒適，方便。上午8點左右退房的，前台工作人員還詢問早餐吃了沒有，有沒有開車，我估計是開車的朋友可以領免費停車劵。下次出行還是會訂攜程酒店的，必須5星好評。
