The hotel should provide sanitary covers for the bathtub.. and if they can add a small thing like bubble bath etc, it will definitely add to the experience of the guests staying here.. overall I would rate the hotel as good..

如果你和我一樣，選酒店前習慣看綜合評分和最新點評來幫助自己做更好的選擇，那我建議你耐心讀一下我的經歷，然後果斷不要相信4.8的評分，因為，不值得這個評分和性價比。
設施：客觀而言，這家酒店的硬件不算差；衞生如果不挑剔，也能勉強接受。
服務：帶長者出行，長者腿腳不便，入住時要求兩間房連在一起，於是拿到了離電梯最遠的房價，酒店的”貼心”讓我喜出望外。
入住時沒有享受到攜程專享通道，也沒有入住水果；打電話詢問，得到的答案是酒店服務正在交接班忙不過來，下午五點送來。五點沒有發生任何事情，我去攜程投訴，接到酒店電話告知統一下午六點送。然後晚上回到酒店，看到一份”真誠無比”的水果，請看圖片，我徹底對這家酒店無語。工作人員再次打電話來，我告知他們這種水果不送也罷，他們就來拿走了，然後！什麼都沒有發生！那種感覺就是我要一份水果，他們從垃圾桶裏撈了一些出來打發你，然後你不要，店家覺得反正是給過了，就心安理得拿走了。
在國內住了那麼多酒店，即使是三/四星都沒經歷過這樣天花板級別的服務，我實在忍不住找攜程吐槽，攜程很努力地協調，換來的是退房前工作人員送上的幾根香蕉和幾瓶礦泉水，以及感謝我對他們服務提出的批評，幫助他們改進。
這樣的管理吧，大概率是出問題了，否則怎麼能做到在每一個能挽留消費者的機會點不但沒成功挽留、反而把情況變得更糟。
心裏沒有消費者的服務行業，很快就會被淘汰吧，徒有”五星級 wanna be”的facility又有什麼用呢？
最後提一句早餐，也是我選擇這家店時被點評嚴重誤導的，早餐很差，沒什麼能吃的，補貨也很不及時。
總之，準五星級的設施，但服務理念、管理水平、客户導向的軟實力都不如一個小縣城的三星級酒店，真是可惜。各位還在猶豫是否選擇這家的潛客們，滑走也不可惜。

酒店設施完善，用住很舒服，一種歸家的感覺油然而生。房間物品擺放和小家電也是用起來非常的得心應手。點名表揚前台崔經理態度非常好，不僅跑上跑下的為我們聯繫房間還特地升級了更大房間。小朋友特別喜歡，體驗感很棒！。有機會還會選擇入住

地理位置不錯，周邊購物吃飯方便。
房間很大，乾淨衞生，設施齊備，方便擺放東西。
有自己的停車場，停車方便，自駕友好。
乾濕分離，淋浴熱水量大，出水快。

非常讚的酒店，酒店的設施很新，地段一級棒，樓下就是水滸博物館和鹽都博物館，隔壁就是金鷹商業中心，吃喝玩樂樣樣齊全。
站在房間裏，開窗就能看到鹽立方電視塔，躺着就能俯瞰鹽城夜景，早上看到天際線，陽光直接灑到床上。

設施：酒店設施很完善，按五星標準配備了各種便捷用品。也有小冰箱，酒杯，冰桶等等。就差開夜床的服務了！
衞生：衞生很乾凈整潔舒適
環境：💯分吧，對面就是一個大型商超，吃的一應俱全。附近水果還有百果園，對於我們這習慣了在百果園買水果的人來説，太方便了。
服務：服務員，前台等都很耐心，熱情。包括悶痛。保安！下次再來出差還是首選👍👍👍👍
