五星級酒店，也該是五星好評，酒店環境舒服，交通方便，工作人員熱情，配套設施完善。
房間內面積夠大，乾淨舒適，智能設備，入住很滿意。建議酒店準備一些浴袋備用
總體很滿意，所以下了四天四個單，

房間很好，家庭套房很適合拖家帶口的出行！小朋友很開心，房間有一個小童房，不出行的時候，在酒店就能安撫小朋友的情緒！客房服務員態度非常好！服務周到，房間乾淨！下次來，還會住在這裏。

酒店設施齊全，晚上很安靜，北樓前台工作人員服務態度很好，辦理住宿幫升級房間，謝謝那位帶眼鏡先生，酒店周圍環境很好，餐廳很多，附近有公園，散散步真心不錯，下次還會來水城酒店。

很少給酒店三星以下評價，這次不得不説
先説優點 地理位置不錯，離水街近，這也是當時選擇水城酒店的一個原因。
再説缺點 一星扣在空調不好用，鹽城現在晚上10℃左右，房間特別冷，大人小孩都在打噴嚏流鼻涕。
一星扣在淋浴不好，花灑基本不出水，頂噴水壓很小孩子洗澡的時候水打在身上基本是涼的
半星扣在房間裏有裝修味道，隔音一般。
半星扣在小童用品衹有牙刷和拖鞋，然後大人的牙具也一般，還不如亞朵或者歡朋的。
還有半星扣在服務，但是考慮到可能因為假期人多，就這樣吧。
總之不推薦帶孩子住這家。

酒店硬件可圈可點，看得出來，很努力爭取客人的滿意度，但是細節方面要做的工作還是很多：1、房間空調基本沒有用，衹能吹風，被子過厚，導致整夜都很熱，無法安睡。2、房間隔音不好，隔壁半夜放音樂，引起其他客人投訴，服務員敲門無果，在隔壁房門口高聲呼喊“你好 服務員”十來分鐘，反而吵醒好不容易入睡的我們。3、衞生間沒有換氣。4、肥皂粘在肥皂盒裡，完全無法取出。
