首先這個酒店走廊黑黑的，燈都不捨得開，我的房間還在背光那一面，打開門更是一片黑洞洞，其次，房間空調外機聲音特別吵，還以為是我自己房間的空調聲音大，於是為了安靜的睡個好覺，就忍着寒冷的天氣把空調關了，沒想到聲音還是依舊那麼大！！塞了耳塞根本沒用，打開紗窗一探究竟，竟然我的房間窗户旁邊是一排酒店的空調外機，聲音能不大嗎？我真是倒了血黴找了你家，安排給我這個房間！第二天要考試的我，一夜沒睡好，這酒店真是差勁至極！

房間很小，有一股下雨天的味道散不出去，走廊很黑，早餐選擇很少，離馬路近早上很早就很吵了，分不清什麼是商務大床和高級大床，前台態度不錯

服務：辦理入住前台態度很好，客房也是碰到就會打招呼，這一點特別細節；
衞生：非常乾淨，一點也不像18年來的酒店，可以看出她們平時打掃的認真；
環境：整體環境非常不錯，這次和朋友一起入住，停車方便，靠近廣場，吃喝玩都很方便，下次還會入住
