鹽城瀛洲開元酒店太懂帶娃+攜寵家庭了！房間寬敞，寵物友好設施貼心，娃玩得開心，毛孩子也自在。親子活動豐富，家長能輕鬆片刻。最驚喜的是就在農民街夜市邊上，太方便了。服務熱情，細節到位，下次還來～

跟老婆及肥仔來鹽城旅遊，這家酒店就變成鹽城酒店攜寵出遊的好選擇，由於是寵物友好酒店，完全不用再加寵物清潔費，當天我目視大概就有五組遊客帶自己心愛的寵物來此酒店住宿。酒店有贈送夜宵，但我是超過夜宵時間才給前台説要一份夜宵，酒店前台雖説已經過了夜宵時間，想不到十分鐘後，還是贈送了一份夜宵，這家寵物友好酒店真是攜寵來鹽城旅遊的好選擇。

1.餐飲：早飯基本沒什麼可選，一共衹打了些炒飯和一小條昂刺魚，另外下了一碗魚湯光面，結果炒飯餿了，吃一口就吐掉了，就像夏天很久沒洗的臭毛巾味讓人噁心。用完餐趕車我走前跟你們也現場反應了，你們大概率會在我這條評論下回復你們工作人員嘗過了沒問題，以後去你家吃飯的客人最好帶個設備留樣；
2.巧合的是，早餐當時一共五六個人用餐，另外一桌客人，能從小籠湯包底下吃出蟲子，可見你們的食品衞生、安全是有多差勁，不是偶發問題，
3.房間就更差了，一年出差幾十次，頭次見床墊上面幾乎沒有軟包，像直接睡在彈簧上，正面側面都能直接摸到彈簧結構。
4.房間衞生極差，衞生間馬桶圈多處尿漬，這種在顯而易見的問題都能出現，你們的保潔、查房是幹什麼的，酒店還跟我解釋説是馬桶圈毛邊，假裝看不到[破涕為笑]真挺幽默；房間床墊、甚至電話機上到處都是毛髮。
5.當天週四，酒店基本沒多少客人，從早餐人數、停車數、走動人數都看得出來，我不理解為什麼給我們安排了三家朝北房間。被子、床單潮濕冰冷，就像蓋着濕毛巾一樣難受。當晚我們是12點左右辦入住，我是到1點50以後睡着的。
6.相比而言，酒店及房間內的老舊已經不是什麼問題了。房間裏的空調吹出來的渾濁空氣真的是。
總結，這是一家體驗感極差，服務為零，早餐食品安全嚴重問題，且品種少、品質差，出現問題反饋了不處理冷處理，不給解決方案，作為一個所謂四星酒店，完全不符合標準，裝修就像十幾年前的老破房子酒店，省內多低都有開元，鹽城這家開元，無論是硬件、服務、餐飲等，絕對是最差最差的，沒有之一。

這次入住體驗超棒，必須五星好評！一進酒店，大堂寬敞明亮，裝修豪華又不失格調，前台工作人員熱情又專業，快速辦理了入住手續。房間乾淨整潔，佈置温馨，床品柔軟舒適，細節之處盡顯用心。早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，味道也很不錯。位置也很便利，周邊有不少好玩的地方和餐廳。服務方面，每一位工作人員都很有禮貌，有求必應，讓人感覺賓至如歸。下次來這邊，還會選擇這家酒店！

酒店總體非常棒，畢竟是星級酒店，硬件設施很好，前台服務很熱情，送了銀耳湯很暖心，酒店不用開空調也很涼爽。早餐很豐富，但是需要增加饅頭或者花捲。

位置不錯，下了高架就是。離農民街夜市步行300米，路上去溜達一圈真是熱鬧的不得了。房間很乾凈，服務員熱情的幫拿行李，還送了銀耳羹。停車場足夠大！出行中轉都很不錯。
