Old Mövenpick renovated and rebranded as Kempinski. Nice location although construction nearby. Will come good in time no doubt. Internally couldn’t fault the place. Beautiful make over especially the rooms which were fantastic. Exterior, pool, beach and surrounding empty buildings a little scruffy. Yanbu really good place though - stunning snorkelling at the dive beach and the local mall was good. Staff helpfully directing us to a local fish restaurant we’d heard about.

My room aid Thushara was very nice and attentive. Very polite and welcoming. The house keeping team is great. I will definitely stay here again on my next work travel. It is clean and modern, and close to where I need to go for my work while in Yanbu.

I am normally not writing reviews, however this was the worse experience I have had in over a decade in any luxury hotel. Service does not exist, FB is terrible, some reception staff snobbish, a booked airport taxi never arrived, the list is endless. Who ever is planning to go there and think he would get a luxury experience, better think twice

It was very nice experience for having dinner together and die-in service with the best waiter who was her name is Lydia from Ghana and shift master as well for their services and support and Lydia also prepared the extra food for take away and presented any other additional services
