The hotel facilities are a bit old, but they are all maintained very well, because it is a self-driving trip, you can feel the friendly service from the moment you park the car, every employee of the hotel is intimate and warm like a friend, plus the beautiful scenery outside the window, delicious breakfast and dinner and hot springs, Let our family spend a comfortable and relaxing night. "The hotel was clean and good. I like the concept of taking of the shoes at the front desk to switch to slippers throughout the hotel. Just to note the 20 min walk from the station to the hotel (but is an easy walk down a straight road) and actually from the hotel is also only 20 mins walk to the tsurago castle so super convenient if you are visiting the castle as well."
