Staying in Cuiquan gave us many surprises for the whole family. Because Cuiquan is so distinctive, the northern Shaanxi characteristic residential houses are perfectly combined with modern design, which not only satisfies the curiosity of tourists but also provides a comfortable resting space. The peacocks strolling in the hotel's courtyard, the sika deer and ostriches raised in the back mountain are also very cute. The hotel's service is also very good, the front desk, room service are impeccable. Especially after Manager Wu Caixia knew that we would be playing in Yan'an for another day, she enthusiastically introduced us to the play routes, and repeatedly said that if there is any problem in the play, please contact her. Such attentive and attentive service is something we have never encountered before.

Enjoyed a very pleasant 4 day trip to visit the historical and revolutionary sites of Yan’an and the trip was made much better thanks to a very comfortable and convenient stay at the Wanda Realm. For anybody who plans to visit the city I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located just to the south of the old city of Yan’an in the newly built Wanda City area. It is a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the old center (depending on traffic) and it’s relatively easy to call a taxi with a ride hailing app like Didi. It’s also within walking distance of the Red Street 红街 tourism area that has a theatre, cinema, activities, coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is new and all of the main public areas are clean and well maintained - such as the lobby, hotel rooms, restaurant and gym/pool. The gym contains my favorite Life Fitness gym equipment (a quality brand) and the multi-lane, 25m meter pool is a dream for anyone who likes to swim. It even offers a good view. The hotel breakfast is very good value for money and offers a high quality selection of Western-style food (bread, eggs, bacon, sausages and cereals) as well as very tasty local Chinese food - especially local Yan’an/Shanxi noodles and dumplings. For any foreigners like me, you’ll get a good sense of local taste with good ingredients. The room was very clean and spacious with nice balcony and great view of the lake and Red Street. Service staff was excellent and many staff speak good English. We even received a nice hand written message and welcome fruits. Especially if you travel with children, this is where you should stay in Yan’an. Thank you for making my holiday more enjoyable.

The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. Check-in gave us a special paper-cut. There are hot towels and hot drinks as soon as you enter the door, and the room is clean and tidy. The environment is really nice. Conveniently located in a central location. The Chinese and Western breakfast buffet is very satisfactory overall. I will come here next time I stay here, it is worth recommending. Very satisfied with this stay experience 😄😄

The breakfast was excellent, fresh and rich. It is the hotel with the richest breakfast I have ever had during my trip to Xi'an. Whether it's the front desk in the lobby or the luggage delivery service or cleaning, everyone is very warm and polite, and the experience is great. The photos are taken at breakfast, but there are actually many delicious ones. The disadvantage is that the bathroom and bedroom in the room are frosted glass. I take a bath late, and the bathroom lighting will disturb the family who go to bed early. It would be better if you add a blackout curtain.

The house with large panoramic windows is really nice to see the night view. Since the room type of my companions can only be arranged up to the 6th floor, I also stayed on the 6th floor. If you want a better view, the higher the panoramic room, the better. It should be noted that the panoramic room is close to the intersection of Sancha Road. Although the room has tried its best to adopt sound insulation and noise reduction measures, there is still some vehicle noise. If you are a light sleeper, it is recommended to be cautious. The hotel is relatively formal and there are no people stuffing cards or making phone calls. There are limited parking spaces downstairs, but there is cooperation in the adjacent parking lot and there are plenty of parking spaces. The only unpleasant thing about this stay was that the anti-slip shower mat in my room had become moldy because it had not been cleaned for a long time. Later, the clerk came to replace it on site. It should be an example of one of the cleaning staff being lazy. Hotel management needs to be improved.

The service is very good, the room is very large and warm, clean and tidy, gave us fruit in the room, not the room was upgraded, the Chinese food environment is good, the price is a bit expensive but acceptable, it is more a five-star street hotel, it is recommended that their breakfast room on the 36th floor is very good, there are many varieties, The local snacks are very good, such as jujube, bowls, purple potatoes, noodles, all I love to eat, the only downside is that the elevator is a bit slow, waiting for the elevator for a long time, it is estimated that there are a lot of people who eat breakfast in the morning. Overall it is still very good, it is recommended

The official homestay in the scenic spot on Pagoda Mountain ~ built on the basis of the original cave dwellings, very distinctive ~ the rooms are not very big. Of course, the price is not cheap. It’s a bit troublesome to get in and out of the mountain. The hotel staff needs to take it in and out, and there are also special sightseeing buses. It is also very fast to walk down the mountain. The breakfast is a local breakfast made by an aunt, which is good! Although it has been raining for three days, the people of Yan'an are very enthusiastic. The living experience was excellent and I was very satisfied with a stay. The hotel is luxuriously decorated and the rooms have a very wide view. There are also breakfasts with porridge, noodles, snacks, etc., and the whole family feels that the breakfast is awesome. The service staff Huyu enthusiastically followed up the service and guidance, patiently responded to various questions and inquiries, the service was very intimate and great! I will choose Zaoyuan again next time! 👍👍
