At my father's age, he had a red knot in his heart and wanted to come to the old revolutionary area to relive history and feel the spirit of Yan'an. After booking this Yan'an Folk Hotel, the front desk upgraded the specifications for free. The environment is good, clean and hygienic, and the hot water for bathing is also very good! The morning buffet is also rich, including hot and cold dishes, steamed buns and fried dough sticks, milk pastries, coffee and fruits. The return train was at 4 o'clock, and the front desk was very helpful in extending our check-out time to 3 o'clock, which was really nice👍

The location is very convenient, just a few minutes walk from Erdao Street Night Market and a direct bus to the train station. The Yuyi Liangpi recommended by the lady at the service desk is very delicious. The only downside is that the hotel corridors have very poor soundproofing, and even whispers can be heard.

We wanted to stay a few more hours because we had a night train and they wanted to charge us for an entire night, the bedsheets and the room were already used and it was nothing for them to charge us half a day, we needed to make a reservation at another hotel. The window is extra small and the best view is from the hallways, don’t know who designed this hotel. It was clean and the bed super comfy, but the system for taking a shower and go to the loo was weird and uncomfortable with not proper ventilation. But, it is perfect for the price

Especially the manager Huyu, the waiter Ma Rong, and the customer service center on duty teacher who took the trouble to help us solve the toilet problem at night (because we used it improperly), made us impressed. The check-in experience is very good, very close to the old site of Yangjialing Revolution, just a short walk across the road, very convenient, the room is clean and tidy, really experience the feeling of the cave, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, especially the little Chen girl is enthusiastic to meet the needs of the guests, especially thanks! The cave windows are really paper paste! The window flowers posted are cut by the staff in the store, the image is vivid and interesting, especially attractive.

There is also a comfortable sofa and small coffee table by the window, making a cup of tea, overlooking the night view of the city, very comfortable. The bathroom is also very clean, the water pressure of the shower head is stable, the hot water is on, the toiletries are complete, and the towels are soft and odorless. In short, every detail of this room has been done to the extreme, and I am too satisfied with the stay!

延安大酒店硬件非常好，走廊寬、房間大，雙床都是1.5米的，帶着孩子就是衝著這個大床去的，早餐也行。但酒店的管理太差了，走廊和房間的地毯都是一片片的地圖好像沒有清理過，晚上11點到的酒店，房間居然沒有換床單，被子下邊床單上手摸着一床的小顆粒，不知道啥東西，衞生間坐便竟然有沒有沖走的衞生紙，夜班服務員服務非常好，連夜又打掃了衞生換了床單，第二天到前台反映前台好像不以為然，顯示的五鑽感覺像過去的招待所。
