The room is clean, bright and spacious. The service and breakfast are very good. It is very warm. It is very convenient to take a taxi. It takes only a few minutes to reach Pagoda Mountain. Opposite is Qingliang Mountain. There is also Erdao Street Night Market Snack Street next to it. This time I booked a family room with a view. It was very comfortable. Let's look at the pictures. It is very beautiful at night. It can be said that the cost performance is really high. I highly recommend it.

Enjoyed a very pleasant 4 day trip to visit the historical and revolutionary sites of Yan’an and the trip was made much better thanks to a very comfortable and convenient stay at the Wanda Realm. For anybody who plans to visit the city I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located just to the south of the old city of Yan’an in the newly built Wanda City area. It is a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the old center (depending on traffic) and it’s relatively easy to call a taxi with a ride hailing app like Didi. It’s also within walking distance of the Red Street 红街 tourism area that has a theatre, cinema, activities, coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is new and all of the main public areas are clean and well maintained - such as the lobby, hotel rooms, restaurant and gym/pool. The gym contains my favorite Life Fitness gym equipment (a quality brand) and the multi-lane, 25m meter pool is a dream for anyone who likes to swim. It even offers a good view. The hotel breakfast is very good value for money and offers a high quality selection of Western-style food (bread, eggs, bacon, sausages and cereals) as well as very tasty local Chinese food - especially local Yan’an/Shanxi noodles and dumplings. For any foreigners like me, you’ll get a good sense of local taste with good ingredients. The room was very clean and spacious with nice balcony and great view of the lake and Red Street. Service staff was excellent and many staff speak good English. We even received a nice hand written message and welcome fruits. Especially if you travel with children, this is where you should stay in Yan’an. Thank you for making my holiday more enjoyable.

Very satisfactory 3 nights stay at Jinze hotel during our recent visit to Yan’an. Hotel room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable. Very strategic location at the city centre, walkable to QingLiang Hill and the famous food street. Getting a taxi or DIDI is easy. We enjoyed the breakfast served in the hotel which comes with good variety and mostly local dishes. What impressed me most is the friendly staffs who are always enthusiastic to offer help and travel advice. The hotel in-house restaurants offer delicious food that comes with very reasonable price. Not surprisingly that we had several enjoyable meals at the hotel restaurant. The hotel staff also offered us free souvenirs when we checked out. Appreciate the kind gesture very much 😁. No doubt I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit Yan’an.

This time I stayed at Shengxin Hotel, the overall experience was great! The hotel is in a good location, convenient transportation, and complete surrounding facilities. The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, the decoration is exquisite and unique, the staff is warm and friendly, and from the beginning of the check-in process, they have given meticulous care and efficient service, which makes people feel warm. The rooms are reasonably furnished, spacious, the beds are soft and comfortable, and the clean and tidy environment is reassuring. The facilities in the room are complete and high-quality, high-speed and stable network, intelligent electrical equipment, etc. meet the needs of modern life. In terms of dining, the hotel restaurant's dishes are rich and varied, whether it is local specialties or classic home-cooked dishes, they are all delicious, fresh ingredients, excellent taste, and rich choices for breakfast, which injects full vitality into the beginning of the day. Good, recommended hotel. First, after placing the order, they asked if there were children or elderly people, and whether they needed a quieter room. The care was great. Second, the hotel is in a good location. The old Jiefang Theater and Qingliang Mountain are right outside the door. Across the road is the bridge. You can see Pagoda Mountain on the bridge. Wanda and Erdao Street are across the bridge. It is very convenient for traveling and eating. It is recommended not to drive when going to Erdao Street, but to walk there. First, it is difficult to park, and second, it is easy to get stuck in traffic. Third, the bed in the hotel is very comfortable, the kind that you want to buy one yourself. I have to praise the hotel. There are 4 bottles of water in the room and 2 bottles in the refrigerator. It is very friendly and convenient for business travelers. Fourth, the service is good. The uncle at the door is very enthusiastic. He helps with luggage and opens the door. He looks very good when he smiles. The front desk is also very enthusiastic. The lobby is not big, but it is quite design-oriented. The big sister I met in the corridor was smiling, and it was good overall.

There were a few staff members in the off-season. After being reminded, I saw that the order had been upgraded. I waited for more than half an hour before the room was cleaned. The view is unbeatable, and the Red Street is opposite. The hotel has a shuttle bus for free round-trip transportation.
