After comparing Wanda Realm and Jinhua Hotel, I specifically chose the five-star Jiahua Hotel. The environment is good, it is not in the city center and it is relatively quiet. The night view opposite the lake view room is beautiful. However, the hotel's facilities were not at a five-star level, and the wash basin had no hot water. The maintenance man came over at around 9pm and said that the hot water pipe needed to be replaced, and he had to replace it the next day to make it usable. The hot water temperature in the shower is relatively low, similar to body temperature, making bathing uncomfortable. The room is generally clean, the service staff are very enthusiastic and have a good service attitude. The dishes in the Chinese restaurant are large and taste average.

Very satisfactory 3 nights stay at Jinze hotel during our recent visit to Yan’an. Hotel room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable. Very strategic location at the city centre, walkable to QingLiang Hill and the famous food street. Getting a taxi or DIDI is easy. We enjoyed the breakfast served in the hotel which comes with good variety and mostly local dishes. What impressed me most is the friendly staffs who are always enthusiastic to offer help and travel advice. The hotel in-house restaurants offer delicious food that comes with very reasonable price. Not surprisingly that we had several enjoyable meals at the hotel restaurant. The hotel staff also offered us free souvenirs when we checked out. Appreciate the kind gesture very much 😁. No doubt I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit Yan’an.

There were a few staff members in the off-season. After being reminded, I saw that the order had been upgraded. I waited for more than half an hour before the room was cleaned. The view is unbeatable, and the Red Street is opposite. The hotel has a shuttle bus for free round-trip transportation.

The park is covered with green plants. There are outdoor swimming pools for children and adults. Unfortunately, we were in a hurry and didn't have time to experience the water. There are also gardening arrangements, complete housing facilities and equipment, clean and tidy. The staff is very considerate. They turned on the air conditioner in advance, increased the amount of mineral water, and prepared children's slippers. The breakfast is very satisfactory, with Western-style pastries and grains with the characteristics of northern Shaanxi. When checking out, the front desk staff also gave a souvenir, a grain gift bag from northern Shaanxi. In short, I am satisfied! Satisfied! I will recommend other friends to come.

The hotel is next to the Pagoda Mountain Scenic Area and Erdaogou Night Market, with convenient transportation and you can visit them on foot. The hotel has complete facilities, is clean and sanitary, is located in the city center, but very quiet, the service staff is friendly and enthusiastic, and the specialty shop in the lobby has a rich variety of products, which is very good! It is the best choice for travel and business in Yan'an.

Although there are recommended guests in the queue behind to go to Block C to check in, but with a pile of luggage and children, everyone is unwilling to drag their luggage to another building. The most complained about place was the front desk feedback Trip.com Orders booked after 6 pm on the same day, and the hotel system did not find it at 9:30 pm, and it took a long time to get the room card. In addition, the worst thing is that the AC building lives. The breakfast is concentrated in Block B the next day, and the breakfast room in Block A is not open. 1,5,600 people went to the restaurant B for breakfast. Many people didn't eat fried eggs. They could eat fried eggs by themselves. In the face of many people, the management side has no plans and plans?

第一次住在延安新區，很大的酒店so big,而且是很新的酒店，設施有一些由於過新還需要調試（比如極個別插頭沒電），但是服務很好，還給配了全新的插座.我定的三人間電競房，電腦速度不錯。而且也很安靜。另外早餐集齊豐富。 不足就是由於是新建，所以地下車庫上樓不是很好找，希望可以加一些清晰的指示標準。 下次來延安還住這裏。

After browsing around on Ctrip, I came across Yan'an Red Star Garden International Hotel. Since there was no online rating, I booked a twin room with the attitude of giving it a try. This hotel is an independent small ravine, adjacent to the former site of the wartime No. 1 Nursery in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region. The gate is a bit unprepossessing (photo attached). Go straight along the road for 300 meters and enter the hotel area. I immediately feel very good. The entire area is clean and clean. Quiet, it can be said to be quiet in the noise. A row of national flags fluttered on the hotel fence, creating a festive atmosphere. Entering the hotel lobby, it is tall, spacious and bright, with harmonious lighting. The decoration is very elegant and high-end. Two large paintings come into view, one is ”Spring on the Yanhe River” and the other is ”River Dance”. They can only be used ”Masterpiece” description. After checking in, I entered the room. The room was also spacious, bright and clean, without any odor. The room was very well soundproofed and quiet. The room is about 40+ square meters. The bathrooms are all TOTO. They are very clean. The utensils are wiped clean without any fingerprints. The indoor furniture is all solid wood furniture and is of high quality. The bed is very big. It should be a 1.2 meter single bed. The quality of the carpet is also very high, with the hotel's logo embroidered on it. Towels, bathrobes, floor towels, and toiletries are all available. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, has a bathtub, and the consumables are fully equipped and of good quality. The corridors are also bright and tidy, and the murals are carefully selected, mainly paper-cuts from northern Shaanxi. The breakfast was very rich. The hotel said there were not many guests staying at the moment, so they arranged a time with me and the waiter delivered the breakfast to the room. The service was very considerate. In addition, the lighting in the hotel is very beautiful and unconventional, and the night view is great. There are many details that I have observed. To sum up, it is worth recommending five stars!

The overall room is OK, the location is very good. Let's talk about parking first. The parking lot of this hotel is on the sixth and seventh floors, and you need to drive the car into the elevator. We also drove into the elevator for the first time, and went directly to the sixth floor. There were about 10 parking spaces on the sixth floor. It is recommended that friends who drive by themselves can park the car to the seventh floor, because every time they leave the car, they start from the seventh floor. We have to drive out one day, and only wait for two times on the sixth floor before entering the elevator. And when you go out from the parking lot, you need to reverse the car a few times and park the car in the right place to just target the elevator door.  We set a big boudoir, two adults with two children, the bedding on the bed is not enough to call the front desk directly, and the waiter soon sent a quilt and pillow, we set it ourselves. The living room is large, but the carpet is not very clean. It is recommended that the hotel remove the carpet and replace it with wooden floors, which will look cleaner.
