The location is just six minutes from the railway station, on the west side of the river. It is also a twelve minute walk from the coach station, so very convenient if you want to take a bus to Hukou Waterfall, Wave Valley or The Canyon. I chose a Kang room, even though it was summer, and it was a novel experience. The staff were all friendly, and breakfast was fine. There is currently no laundry room in the hotel for guests to use.

Ended up staying in Ya’nan two more days and choose to
stay at the Root Lots. Still a lovely hotel, yes, a touch bit out of the city center, the hotel is clean, wonderful staff, enough restaurants nearby too. Oh, and the price dramatically dropped for the these extra two days…half price!

The previously booked hotel was temporarily requisitioned, and Ctrip customer service helped coordinate to a nearby hotel. I was very satisfied with the customer service speed and results. The front desk of the hotel has a very good attitude, and there are cave decorations in the lobby that match the occasion. The room is clean and tidy, and it's also very close to Yan'an Railway Station, making it easy to catch a train. Breakfast in the restaurant is OK.

The attitude of the waiter was so bad. I had a baby and needed to make milk. I asked for two more bottles of mineral water and was told that there would be a charge. The charge was normal. The attitude of the waiter was as if we couldn't afford the money.

The room is quite big, but it needs to be renovated. The carpet is dirty and the stool is dirty. It's close to the train station and not noisy at night.

The facilities are a bit old, especially the carpets, which look a bit dirty. The biggest advantage is that it is close to the train station and across a river, so it is not that noisy.

Very nice hotel with complete facilities, clean and hygienic, very close to Yan'an Station, convenient for travel. The service attitude is very good, it would be even better if there is breakfast. Recommended!

The lights were broken, and they advertised coffee, fruit, and snacks, but there was nothing after check-in! The worst hotel I have stayed in in the past three years, completely inconsistent with the price!
