前台服務好，房間很大，衞生很乾凈，整潔，地理位置好，大廳還有機器人，早餐也很豐富，這個酒店在市中心，離萬達就是100米左右，步行到二道街夜市1分鐘，離景點都很近，酒店跟前有一個抗日軍政大學舊址，門口出去就是公交站牌，打車坐公交很方便的，也經常在它們家住，整體的服務很好，房間還是智能的，可以語音控制窗簾，燈光，空調，房間也很大，吃住玩都很方便，推薦大家去入住這家酒店

酒店服務好，房間是智能聲控。設施很好，這次入住該酒店是一次非常愉快的經歷。酒店的位置十分便利，距離延安最有名的二道街夜市也很近。酒店裝修風格我特別喜歡，房間舒適温馨，最主要的是酒店的早餐也是自助的呦，房間隔音效果良好。酒店的員工都很熱情周到，服務態度極佳。真心覺得這是一家值得信賴的好酒店。

房間很乾凈整潔，還貼心準備了一次性馬桶墊，外面零下德温度進酒店真的很温暖，前台小姐姐很熱情貼心，非常有耐心，服務很周到，不遠處就是二道街夜市肥腸熱鬧，下次來延安出差還來這家

位置很方便，靠近二道街，晚上很熱鬧，但是我的房間很安靜，沒有任何噪音，前台服務也很熱情，主動送了水果 。早餐也還可以。種類不多，但是比起某些商務酒店已經好很多了。衞生乾淨整潔，設施也很新。

作為同行都很會覺得服務很不錯，雖然第二天十點停水，但是前台提前打電話告知，也提前留好了車位，入住後也會有果盤對此致歉，因樓下裝修，也會考慮安排高樓層的房間避免造成客訴，早餐也還好，九點閉餐，但八點五十餐飲服務員也還會加餐，不會因為閉餐而減少成本停止加餐。房間細節很多，點贊，很不錯。
