第一次住這家店，來的時候着急忘記帶洗漱用品，前台專門去宿舍找了自己的給我用，很感謝，晚上還給我送了粥和小菜，退房走了還帶了免費口罩和熱水，很貼心。

進店有熱茶喝，酒店大廳香氛味道好聞，有很多書籍可以拿到房間去看，房間很安靜，熱水也很充足，尤其床墊枕頭特別舒服，位置方便，門口就有公交站，位置很好找，環境不錯，很方便，早餐種類很多，本地特色雜麪很好吃哦，推薦推薦

來西安旅遊，順便去一下延安，看看毛主席他們當年幹革命的地方
中高檔酒店裡亞朵和桔子各方面都是很不錯的，這家也是如此，延安好像沒有桔子
進大門後，前台工作人員待人熱情，客氣周到，退房時還準備送了三瓶水，是熱的
房間很乾凈，佈置一應俱全，床品睡着舒服，隔音很不錯，熱水可以開到很熱，空調温控準
早飯也很不錯，麪食，熟食，炒飯，咖啡，豆漿，種類齊全豐富，味道適合多數人口味
交通方便，離寶塔山，楊家嶺等景點都很近，公交幾站路
另外説一下寶塔山下面那家老延安菜，燉羊肉有點不值，太肥太膩了，兩斤羊肉起碼三分之一肥肉，小米加步槍不錯，甘泉豆腐不錯，推薦亞朵不遠的一家有滋有味，在二樓，肥腸酸辣血很開胃很好吃，中等辣度

設施：硬件不錯，熱水也很穩定，空調也滿意
衞生：還可以，乾淨整潔。
環境：大廳及客房，樓道裝修的都很舒服，温馨
服務：工作人員服務滿分，尤其是前台的體貼，臨走遞送熱水，辦理入住效率，給酒店很加分。
不足之處:
1，臨街的行政房間千萬別選擇，一晚上就像站在道沿邊，聽着川流不息的車輛聲音，偶爾來個鳴笛，更刺激，價格死貴，就這一點就感覺性價比差太遠了。
2，酒店早餐是熱情贈送，但是不得不説，沒有亮點，有現煮的麪條非常難吃，難吃還整一大碗，真的不覺得浪費嗎？還有稀飯，涼的，菜品一般般啦（匹配房間或者早餐價格，完全不值）。

酒店有自助餐，種類挺齊全，味道也不錯！位置處於老城，很方便，門口就有出租車，公交站！服務方面也很專業，停車場就在後院，很近！延安的演出很好看，特別是紅秀！非常滿意的一次旅行！
