The service attitude of the young lady at the front desk was so good, she was very gentle and patient. I didn’t bring any contact lens care solution. She gave her to me directly. She asked her name Xiaoxue specifically. The lady at the front desk was serious and responsible. I think this hotel is also well managed and very comfortable when staying in! Wish business prosperous

總體來説性價比很高，五一黃金週期間價格不貴，服務還好。房間寬敞，設施較新，衞生整潔，每天還有水果相送。我們是家庭出遊，帶了一個12歲的孩子，在吃早餐的時候，前台服務人員很客氣的説孩子不算錢。早餐的種類很多，口味也不錯，還有延安當地特色的美食，尤其難得。五一黃金週，我們來的遲。停車比較困難，門口的保安大叔，熱情相待，積極協調，服務態度非常好。這次延安之行給人印象不錯，這裏環境優美，民風淳樸，不愧是革命聖地！

酒店住的很舒服 地理位置優越 設施設備齊全 早住的，而且還有免費的洗漱用品，全屋語音智能控制的，早餐夜宵停車都是免費的還有免費洗衣服 HJ態度很好，下一次還回來送了伴手禮 寵物也友好

酒店位置很好找，有停車場，停車安心。住宿環境也很好，房間沒有異味，設施很齊全，空調冷熱都有，拔掉房卡，空調也能開。熱水也很好。酒店用品都很齊全，還送水果。早餐七點，中式早餐，冷熱菜，米麪粥樣樣俱全，味道很棒，一碗哨子麪吃的美到心裏了。
服務人員也超nice。大堂小穎人美心善，幫我們解決三人兩早餐問題，熱心推薦周圍吃飯遊玩項目，有個本土味道的飯館，離得五百米左右，很好吃，人也很多。保安師傅貼心指揮停車，出車，看我們車堵了，緊急聯繫對方，耐心安撫，人很好。
退房還送了新年小禮物，意外之喜。
過年期間能找到這麼完美的酒店已經很不容易了，拼服務，他家做到了，贊
開心的忘了拍圖，僅有的一張心血來潮拍的
