The environment is very good. The lobby at the entrance is more than ten meters high, and the large mural of Hukou Waterfall in the background is also very impressive. Check-in was relatively fast. The elderly sat and rested in the display area of Yan'an wine next to it. No one rushed them. The boss also took the initiative to pour wine for the elderly to taste, which made everyone very happy. The business room closed very early and could not be used at 6 o'clock. I was in a hurry to use the computer at night. The beautiful women at the front desk lent me their office computer. I am also very grateful to them. The concierge at the door was also very good. What made people unhappy was 1. Air conditioning. Yan'an was very hot those days, but I don't know why the air conditioning didn't work well every night. I called the guest room on the first night and said that there was a problem with the air conditioning. The feedback said that they would arrange for an investigation. As a result, I woke up in the middle of the night again due to the heat the next day. I called again and they said the air conditioner was broken and hadn't been fixed yet. When I asked when it would be fixed, they didn't know. There was no compensation either. Just a cleaning lady brought a few bottles of water. It was really speechless. 2. When I checked out, the elderly in my family took the hotel's laundry bag away. The hotel called and said they needed to pay. No problem, I added WeChat. There was no politeness, no hello, and they directly said that 51 yuan of laundry bag was missing. OK, after the transfer, I explained why the elderly took the laundry bag, because the elderly said that the guest room P&G took away the elderly's clothes bag and she had nothing to put her clothes in. If you report this situation, even if you say sorry politely, I have no objection to strengthening training or verifying it in the future, but there was no feedback, and the money was collected! During the National Day holiday, the room rate is very touching if you book early! ! ! Basically, it receives foreign tourists, mostly government officials and relatively few individual tourists. The hotel's internal facilities are also great, with a supermarket and a barber shop, and the supermarket is even open 24 hours a day. The room decoration is very business-like and state-owned, but it is very clean. Except for the lack of sound insulation in the corridor, everything else is good. The amount of water in the shower is so huge and refreshing! Next time my friends come to Yan'an, I will definitely recommend it to them. Just a few steps across the street is the Erdao Street Night Market, which is very lively! Walk about 800 meters and you can see the light show pagoda. But there's nothing special about it. The room is clean, the food is great and unique, especially the attitude of every service staff is very good (except the security guard at the door), the bathroom ventilation is not very good, there is a bit of odor, which needs to be improved.
