First of all, why did they change the order without my knowledge? Afterwards, I found this message a bit hard to understand... Secondly, I thought the deluxe room and the special room would be different from each other after looking at the hotel room type introduction. But when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that they were the same. It's hard to describe...Finally, the deluxe room I booked a long time in advance was more expensive and worse than the state guest room the day before. After I questioned it at the front desk, there was no reasonable solution, and my mood fell to the bottom... After checking in with an imperfect mood, the rumbling sound in the room caused me to feel uncomfortable. Fortunately, the room renovation department and a male staff member of the engineering department actively helped to solve the problem. Finally, around 10 o'clock in the evening, after about an hour, the exhaust noise of the bathroom was slightly reduced.

The room service is very thoughtful. The takeaway (milk tea) ordered is delivered to the room by a dedicated staff.

The appearance is not as good as the aerial view in the picture hahaha I think as a state guesthouse, it lacks a garden and walking environment. The venue is large but it is basically a square and a parking lot. The gym is another one open to the public in the basement. I think it is still difficult to find and a bit inconvenient. Before checking out, I met the waiter who came to clean at 12 o'clock. I don't know if it was not communicated well or what. According to reason, it should be cleaned after checking out. If the original price and five-star standard, I feel there is room for improvement

The hotel is next to the Pagoda Mountain Scenic Area and Erdaogou Night Market, with convenient transportation and you can visit them on foot. The hotel has complete facilities, is clean and sanitary, is located in the city center, but very quiet, the service staff is friendly and enthusiastic, and the specialty shop in the lobby has a rich variety of products, which is very good! It is the best choice for travel and business in Yan'an.

The hotel's location and sanitation are satisfactory, especially the housekeeping aunt, who handles problems in a timely manner, which is worthy of praise. I like the dishes in the Chinese restaurant. For us who eat light food and are not used to heavy tastes, it is like eating delicacies. If I have the opportunity to come to Yan'an again, I will definitely choose Yan'an Hotel again.

Overall good, good breakfast, the hotel is in a beautiful environment in the city center, surrounded by developed businesses and convenient, very close to Pagoda Hill, you can watch the light show at night.

It is very convenient to the main attractions and can be reached on foot. The adjustment function of the TV page should be improved in time.
