The service in the hotel is very good, and every question is answered without hesitation. Feel at home. However, I would like to remind all friends that one of them is a so-called time-honored brand named Wu Laosan Yangti. The photo of the signature mutton stew at the entrance of the restaurant for dinner on October 3, 2023 was very tempting, and out of basic trust in the merchants in the Holy Land, I packed a portion of the mutton stew back to the hotel. Unexpectedly, I found out when I got to the room that a medium-sized box contained four-fifths of the mutton soup with a strong MSG flavor and one-fifth of the mutton. The fee is 72 yuan. I can't help but think of the woman boss in her fifties. She looked uneasy when she was quoting and collecting payment, and her eyes were scanning 180 degrees, looking like a profiteer of almost the same style in ancient and modern times, both at home and abroad. It shakes my good feelings towards the people from the Holy Land, and of course I really hope that these are just the “leftover” people!

非常好的酒店，景區風景美，房間乾淨，定了2間不同房型一個在4樓一個在2樓，到的晚9點多，2樓特別黑跟前台溝通給換了4樓的房間，換的房間沒有2樓的貴説這個時間不能給退差價，我們也能接受，就是這個服務不太好，不怎麼愛搭理人

前台接待人員素質太差，酒店大晚上沒有熱水，還一堆破理由！！！從來沒住過這樣的酒店或民宿，也沒見過這樣的前台接待人員。 不推薦💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔

超級喜歡這家酒店，以後有機會還會選擇入住，❤這家酒店是我本次出行住過的最好的酒店，前台小姐姐人特別好，當天店裡人不多，還幫我們升級了兩間房型。住宿環境好，位置優越，就在景區內，白天景區人少，但是晚上很熱鬧。

因為出門着急沒有帶洗面奶和卸粧用品，晚上睡覺的時候才發現，超級尷尬😳。聯繫前台，特別感謝劉小姐姐，把自己的卸粧膏借我使用，太好了，解了我的燃眉之急，贊👍🏻
