訂的一樓的房間，感覺像住在地下室，房間有異味，通風后會好點。由於第一次來找不到地方打電話説回覆卻沒回復，衹能領着兩個孩子在冷風中轉圈圈的找。床不舒服房間門口的燈衹要有響聲就亮，晚上又冷又悶，半夜不知道什麼聲音幾乎沒怎麼睡，延安是真冷，老公醒了之後就發現發燒了，火速回家，緊跟着我也發燒了。周邊環境挺好的，聯繫不上民宿是真的又累又冷。

小院的環境非常好，房間裏的裝飾和衞生也超級棒！而且房間面積很大，真的是性價比很高的民宿啦，而且金延安裏也是應有盡有，超級適合度假放鬆。另外，前台小哥哥小姐姐服務態度超級好，還給我們送了果盤！

高速直接下來，一會就到了，離延安市區還有一段距離，上高速很方便。誤打誤撞的還看看了場演出《延安十三年》很精彩。loft的房間不用説挺好的，獨門獨院的。就是樓下這個床墊有點下陷了，建議底下再放個木床框架會好一些，感覺有些濕氣。房間很大，停車也方便，電梯直接上來。可能唯一不足的就是早餐相對簡單了點。再大西北的地方，嗯可能就衹能諒解了，步行街上味道最好的可能就是這個延安羊蹄了，其他的就是一般，可能就是羊肉那邊做的好，其他菜系就一般，想吃味道好的還得到市區去，幾年前再延安市區吃過一家比較不錯。

隔音差，隔音差，隔音差，水流聲説話時，走路聲，吵得睡不着。莫名其妙就被換了房間，還説是升級。價格330定的，換到了280的房間。主要是隔音差，其他都能忍受。

設施：房間，衞生間很寬敞。設施挺全，用着方便。淋浴花灑的位置不對着淋浴門就可以避免把水整到外面來了。
衞生：乾淨。較挑剔的人也都能滿意。
停車方便，位置好，離游泳館，劇場都近。

在金延安度假區裏面，整個度假區就夠玩兩天的，全天不間斷表演，工作人員服務態度也特別好，這次無意中定房定到這裏，感覺賺到啦，開心！

因為訂的比較遲，二樓已經沒有房間了，但也挺不錯的，二樓很方便吃喝一應俱全，拍照也很出片好看，環境很好，舒服的一次體驗
