極度的差，根本達不到四鑽酒店標準，衞生差的不如三星標準，裏面的所有服務態度極度差，沒有任何服務行業意識，酒店停電了，所有工作人員無所事事一樣，不管不顧，給客人簡單的一句稍等正在處理都不説，停電了去吃早餐，從七樓到四樓，樓梯黑的伸手不見五指，工作人員感覺無所謂樣子，到了餐廳喝的什麼都沒有，沒有別的連一杯白開水都沒有，而且麪食，混沌那些的沒有，就幾個菜和饅頭。這麼差的酒店不知道怎麼被評為四鑽的，辦理入住的時候酒店的還不讓我從網上下單，説優惠二十前台現付，就是為了避免投訴寫差評，看到的友友請一定不要選擇此酒店，不然會讓你住的很糟糕

因為大雪被困在延安，還好華庭大酒店讓我的心情得以平復。酒店的位置非常方便，房間也乾淨舒適，洗澡水很大很舒服，冬天空調製暖也很好，而且整個酒店的工作人員態度都特別好，給人質樸而實在的感覺。酒店的餐飲也很不錯，雖然因為居住人少早餐自助不開了，但也準備了精緻量大的早餐早上八點直接送到房間👍👍👍。很不錯的居住體驗，下次來延安還來住這家。
