酒店房間及其所有硬件設施都不錯，尤其感謝前台一位女士給我找到一個一次性刮鬍刀，（當然按理四星級酒店應該配備一次性刮鬍刀和馬桶墊的），唯一對我背包族來説不方便的就是地理位置不太好，因為沒有公交車可以去，附近也沒有旅遊景點，去延安各景點都衹能靠打車，該酒店衹適合開車族和旅行社團隊，

酒店大堂明亮雅緻，走廊安靜整潔。房間採光超棒，裝修簡約温馨，床品柔軟親膚。窗外視野開闊無遮擋，傍晚看日落絕美。浴室乾濕分離，洗漱用品清香舒適，全屋乾淨無異味，住得太舒心，還有燒烤等各種美食。環境必須五星好評！

酒店門頭大氣是獨棟樓，位置離二道街，寶塔山很近，停車方便院子裏就可以停，大廳裝修很簡約大氣，還有特產區，魚池很漂亮，前台工作人員熱情，專業，能介紹延安的各種小吃跟景區，房間很滿意，設施完善，乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離，有一次性洗臉巾，總體很滿意👍推介

房間裏中央空調全是煙味，枕套被罩都是小洞（時間長了磨爛了）一個椅子腿是歪的，這些其實忍忍也就算了最要命的是早起去開車居然給堵裏面了，是堵死了！！！不到7點就下去了快8點才挪完！保安拿了一堆鑰匙居然不會開車！！！這裏的老闆不知道怎麼想的！！！
