超級棒的服務，到大堂就有送熱毛巾擦手辦理入住手續，房間整潔舒適，送一盤延安狗頭棗，很温馨，還能望到對面延安寶塔，停車場方便，自助早餐很豐盛！餐廳裏滿滿的正能量！👍🌹

選擇了金澤國際酒店是因為離寶塔山近，攜程上評價不錯，到了酒店前台辦理入住手續，接待人員遞上了熱毛巾和茶水，使我非常激動，擦完，喝畢，頓覺好解乏。這天剛從黃河壺口瀑布遊覽下來 ，確實因天熱，風沙，乾渴，想着早點入住去休息，前台的服務接待確實體現了延安人民的熱情和優良傳統。享受了超五星的服務。酒店是裝修的，衞生好，設施齊全，環境好，服務更好，停車方便。早餐有當地的特色菜品，中晚都開放，飯菜可口。超讚。值得推薦。標準遊池，亮點打卡。去周邊的景區都很方便。可以給六星嗎

五一出行，為圖方便，離二道街和寶塔山近，避免開車堵車，選擇了金澤國際酒店，結果成了此次出行的亮點：
1、後院和門前都能停車，非常方便
2、進門辦理入住就有熱情服務員送上果汁飲料，看到小朋友還送上了精美的摺扇。
3、房間非常乾淨整潔，床品舒適，附送的狗頭棗非常好吃
4、酒店泳池開放，水質很好，小朋友還遊了一小時
5、酒店可以看到寶塔山的燈光秀，夜景很美
6、早餐也是非常棒，品種豐富，雜糧麪可口
7、退房還送了精美剪紙工藝品，體驗感很好

這家酒店的服務很不錯，給人賓至如歸的感受。入住的時候給小孩送了小禮物，退房的時候送了剪紙，很漂亮。房間可以看到寶塔山的風光，夜景很棒。

就和開盲盒一樣訂了金澤，我是華住會鑽石會員延安華住會旗下靠近二道街繁華地段酒店基本六百多，入住金澤酒店太意外了地理位置好，酒店氣派，房間又大有明亮乾淨，停車方便，前台帥哥和美女服務太周到了，把酒店用餐和健身游泳都一一告知還引路一直到電梯口。房間送了延安狗頭棗和牛奶。我老婆自誇太好了。我是七顆星推薦。謝謝酒店服務。
