延安大酒店硬件非常好，走廊寬、房間大，雙床都是1.5米的，帶着孩子就是衝著這個大床去的，早餐也行。但酒店的管理太差了，走廊和房間的地毯都是一片片的地圖好像沒有清理過，晚上11點到的酒店，房間居然沒有換床單，被子下邊床單上手摸着一床的小顆粒，不知道啥東西，衞生間坐便竟然有沒有沖走的衞生紙，夜班服務員服務非常好，連夜又打掃了衞生換了床單，第二天到前台反映前台好像不以為然，顯示的五鑽感覺像過去的招待所。

酒店在市區很好找，門口吃飯也方便。因為飯店較多，所以停車較為不便，還好在工作人員的協調下終於停進來了。房間設施完善，乾淨衞生。早餐一般，東西不是很多，但也能吃飽。吃完會讓自己把餐盤放置統一位置。

酒店位置優越，房間很大，馬路對面就是各種飯店小吃。開車去棗園很方便，導航距離棗園衹有3公里左右。停車場也很大。##########早餐吃完居然要客人自己把餐盤清理，要客人自己把餐盤端到清潔車上。第一次遇到還有這樣的酒店。######
