I booked two rooms and arranged them to the top position. The layout of the rooms is very awkward, because it's too late to change! Strange that your other rooms are empty, what do you mean by having to arrange this room?

住了兩晚，總體感覺不錯:1.有地上地下停車場，自駕很方便。昨天下午管理停車場的小夥子還幫助我們找車位，特別友好。2.酒店很乾凈，設施使用起來也都很方便。3.客房和前台的服務人員態度也非常友好，我失眠，同前台人員講後，給調整的房間很清凈，睡了個好覺。4.礦泉水就擺在各樓層，自己取，不用外出買水。5.酒店前面兩個紅綠燈就是一個大商場，吃飯購物也方便。6.早餐分中式西式兩個餐枱，品種還可以，推薦小米綠豆粥。外賣需要自己到前台取，建議酒店還是配置機器人吧。

酒店挺大方，水，飲料，方便麪都免費贈送。房間寬敞明亮，用品挺好，就是手掛淋浴頭花灑水壓太小了，洗澡不給力！可能是地方語氣原因吧，感覺前台登記態度生硬嚴肅無微笑服務！早餐服務員打掃衞生時完全不顧客人在用餐，凳子全靠拖！拖得響聲刺耳！

從進門辦理入住就覺得這家酒店前台特別不專業，那麼多人閑着就一個人辦理，辦理入住排隊半天，前台説話態度是我見過最差的，體驗感特別不好。第二天早上吃早餐餐廳服務員不專業到極致，我一大帶兩小，小的1米，大的1米4，我們用餐被服務人員攔着讓我補我家老大的早餐費68 ，難道我另外一個大人餐券給我退嗎？整體這家酒店服務意識太差了，管理不行，特別不專業。

第一次來延安玩，訂的美麗豪。訂的家庭房，一張大床一張小床，很適合一家四口住。第一天入住可能是因為入住率不高，酒店的早餐不敢恭維，早餐幾乎都是涼的而且種類非常少，餐廳工作人員倒是很多。希望以後改進下吧，即使人少也要適當的把早餐種類配齊一些，哪怕都少量一些，可供選擇性多一點才好，總體的入住體驗感還算可以。
