前台服務很好，房間房間很乾凈，枕頭很舒服，整體環境入住比較滿意，睡眠也比較好。完了，整個房間的私密性也比較強。總體來説，這次入住的體驗感還是不錯的，值得推薦。

房間太小，床對面是一堵牆，轉身碰牆，脱衣服碰牆，皮箱都沒有位置打開，洗浴水漏到衞生間，地面全是水，洗浴沒有護髮素，前台登記入住人員態度冷漠，價格和房間標配不符

這個酒店位置確實不錯離吾悦廣場近，馬路對面涮羊肉也不錯，就是酒店服務有待提高，尤其是早餐廳在頂樓，早上高峯期下樓退房和上樓吃早餐的擠成一片，餐廳食品種類和環境也嚴重和房間數不匹配，連續兩個上午都沒吃好早飯，擠成一團，早餐廳服務員也是拉這個個臉，可能十一期間都這樣吧。

前台服務十分出色，安排很好，對前台兩位美女提出表揚。房間夠大，舒服，非常可以。周邊有美食街，比較方便， 不錯不錯。停車免費，很方便。

丟了東西不通知客人，我們定位找到就在酒店還不承認。
早上9點退房離開，下午5點多自駕抵達山西的酒店。到了後孩子發現他的iPad沒了，因為孩子衹在房間玩過，所以趕緊打電話給酒店。這時候就覺得很反常。因為正常有物品丟失酒店基本在清掃的時候就聯繫我們了，然而一直沒有。打電話給前台，前台説她問一下。掛了電話通過手機定位發現iPad在酒店負一樓。再次聯繫前台，前台女生接起電話得到我們是找失物的直接説“問了沒有”，前後三分鐘。我們表達定位到就在酒店，並且提出會報警。前台再次表達找人去問問。然後我們通過手機把iPad設為丟失模式（開機後會不間斷的聲音提示，並顯示已丟失聯繫失主——顯示我們的電話）。等了一會沒人聯繫我們，再次致電酒店。那個前台女生表達她會找人去問，然後我老公問“負一樓是不是你們的辦公區域？或者宿舍？”前台説她會去找人問問，我老公再次問負一樓是不是辦公區域，前台不説話了。我們覺得很氣憤，顧左右而言他是什麼意思？我老公問“你能聽到我説話嗎？負一樓是不是辦公區域？”前台表達能聽見，但是不回答問題。接着電話被另外一個人拿走，然後直接説有個iPad的。整個過程，顯而易見。
溝通後iPad用順豐到付的方式寄給我們。但酒店工作人員明明就撿到了，卻不聯繫我們。我們再三打電話追回時仍然試圖隱瞞，這十年住過太多太多酒店了，這種真的是第一次遇見。
孩子因為嚮往革命勝地非要到延安，還真是給我們上了很好的一課。（他家差評裏也有丟失充電器後找尋未果，可見不是第一次，做不好員工培訓，早晚自食其果。）
