設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，空調和熱水供應良好

優點：房間很大， 房間環境也還行，親子房床很大，室內面積也夠大，在市中心，距離夜市步行5分鐘，星巴克5分鐘，總之購物吃飯方便。
缺點：衞生間味道很大，説不清楚的黴味臭味，因為地理位置的原因，並不安靜。晚上還不停有客人入住，太吵了，幾乎沒睡。
其他:國慶去的房價超高400多，還不帶早餐，因為臨時訂的沒辦法，停車場在六樓和七樓，需要將車開到電梯裏到達樓層後開出去找車位，這個是第一次體驗，剛開始還挺害怕，其實很安全，心理作用。

我暑假一路帶兒子玩了一個月，跟攜程訂了一個月的酒店這是最差最差的一家酒店，這一趟行程，鎮上的酒店都比這家強，首先説第一個我訂的是最好的套房，而且上面明確表明2米特大床，到了以後大家可以看圖，根本沒有兩米，也就一米八，酒店前台工作人員卻告訴我，他們這是1.8米*2米，就叫兩米特大床，我找攜程投訴，攜程客服核實以後確認這是酒店錯誤，純屬欺騙消費者，再由大家看圖，九點早餐結束八點18分早餐就已經沒有了，看看圖上多少空的盆，就兩種飲料都沒有，我讓他們服務員加，服務員告訴我沒有了，我投訴到酒店前台，對我一句抱歉都沒説，翻了兩下白眼告訴我不知道，這種服務態度的酒店我第一次遇到，至於其他衞生服務都不可苟同，這就是延安這麼大城市這麼有傳統的城市的酒店，太可笑了，攜程的服務真不錯，為我們主持公道，妥善處理，對攜程非常滿意，希望攜程立刻馬上下架這樣的酒店，不能再欺騙和坑害消費者了

整體房間還可以，地理位置很不錯。
先説停車。這家酒店的停車場在六層和七層，需要把車開進電梯。我們也是第一次開車進電梯，直接上了六層，六層的停車位，大概有10個左右吧。建議自駕的朋友可以把車停到七層，因為每次出車的時候都是先從七層開始，我們有一天要開車出門，才六層等了兩趟才進電梯，都是先從七層放車。還有從停車場出去的時候，需要倒車倒幾次，把車停到合適的位置才能正好對準電梯門。
我們定的是大炕房，兩個成人帶兩個小童，床上的床品不夠直接給前台打電話，很快服務員就送來了褥子被子和枕頭，我們自己套的。客廳很大，但是地毯顯得不是很乾凈，建議酒店把地毯都撤掉直接換成木地板，這樣會顯得乾淨一些。

環境不錯，睡的很舒心，位於延安市中心地段，不吵不鬧隔音效果也挺好，還有浴缸可以躺着泡澡，就是空調聲音太大了

被安排在了電梯口旁邊的房間，半夜一兩點還能聽見巨大的電梯運轉上下的噪音，非常大，睡不着根本！
房間很大，但是洗手池底下漏水，差評！千萬不要住這間房！
