服務態度極差，一樓大廳沒有人，指示牌提示上八樓，電梯要刷卡，就要打電話通知服務人員壓電梯，結果服務人員説到七樓在走樓梯上八樓，上去按指示牌去一個會議室的臨時接待室，不見人，我們樓道間喊服務員還沒有人，最後又打電話，服務員語氣極其惡劣，話沒有説完就把電話掛掉，過幾分鐘不緊不慢的來了，到會議室門口第一個動作一把把門上貼的電話撕了，然後辦業務！老臉掉的老長了！真的是外地人來體驗感太差！

經常出差住酒店，這是最差的一個酒店，衞生不好不説，前台態度也極差，差點吵一架，酒店抽紙就放了三四張，最後打電話要的，外賣不讓送樓上，需要自己取，説樓上有她們辦公室，不是誰都能上去

酒店整體比較不錯，交通很方便，停車相對容易，但由於酒店開業年限較早，設施相對落後，智能化不是很完善，浴巾毛巾等稍顯陳舊，更新的不及時，性價比還是可以的。
