服務非常好的一家酒店～ 乾淨衞生 前台準備的迎賓禮也很豐富 還有好吃的免費下午茶 晚安粥 貼心店家～
酒店距離延安火車站比較近 但是值得推薦的是 酒店附近就是公交站 始發站 想去寶塔山 棗園 革命紀念館 延安1938 等景點 完全可以坐公交～出門就是 站點～
這裏特別要提示一下 酒店一樓的餐廳 25塊錢一份的羊湯麪 超級超級推薦 看圖片 現場手切 鮮煮 蕎麥麪 味道超級贊 可續麪 餐廳的服務也是一級棒👍🏻

優點：1.裝修不錯，酒店各項功能區設定很全，洗衣區、健身房、下午茶、餐廳一應俱全。
2.服務很好，房間打掃很乾凈，布草也比較新
3.床很舒適，本來以為酒店靠路邊會吵，但完全沒有，很安靜，睡得很好。
缺點：距離中心城區有點遠，國慶起期間打的不太好打。

非常特別的一次體驗；很大的車場，停車就有禮賓小哥哥拎行李，登記後有管家小姐姐給推薦到免費咖啡茶吧、水果小糕點咖啡飲品有十幾個品類非常豐盛。
因為帶孩子住的是鳥巢房、孩子激動喜歡玩的很瘋狂、裝修原木色調、房間有衹很特別的大鳥籠床孩子們喜歡“瘋了”，記憶棉床墊温馨舒適應該是一個大品牌，早上提供叫醒服務6點準時提醒我起床，早餐非常豐富尤有非物質文化遺產“羊肉湯剁蕎麪”陝北特色，剁蕎麪姐姐親切的幫我盛麪調汁、還簡單講了剁蕎麪發源於古時候的軍隊、剁麪的長柄大刀是作戰用的馬刀演變而來的、總之早餐過程既好吃也温馨、對於這個價格物超所值。
參觀結束第二天晚上回到酒店、大堂有免費為旅客準備的兩種粥，盛了皮蛋廋肉粥（有皮蛋瘦肉粥和綠豆湯）非常感動，五星級服務，感謝新美豪酒店的員工。

延安旅遊一家人
當時check in酒店已經晚了
酒店還替我們做了免費升級房間
家人肚子餓了
本想叫外賣送食物來酒店
可是外賣食物大概都要50分鐘左右才可送達
酒店前台告訴我們等下酒店會提供清粥
讓酒店顧客有需要的可以前來品嚐
剛好替我們一家人填暖了肚子

新美豪酒店個人感覺還可以，雖然入住安排上有點小插曲，但是協調及溝通服務上還是不錯的，大廳主動幫客人開門，大堂有優選下午茶，晚間暖心粥等特色服務。延安地處黃土高坡，天氣乾冷，部分房間空調效果不行，酒店及時提供了暖風機。處理問題的響應速度很快。酒店離延安站還是很方便，希望酒店能夠在淡季的時候對房間空調設備進行排查，衹要硬件設施好，工作人員服務好，這樣才能真的好。綜合考慮我還是給予滿分，給出一份動力。

給父母和閨女出遊預訂的，以下內容來自12歲女兒的評價——
“今天住的酒店位置有些偏，但是服務非常好，本來定的是親子房，但是辦入住的時候前台兩位姐姐小高姐姐和小蔣姐姐説給換房，因為看我太長一條人了睡不下小床，於是換成了三張床的三人間，服務態度槓槓的，非常熱情，感覺很可愛。酒店大廳有餐廳 ，晚上在那裡吃了一頓，服務態度同樣很好，上餐以前還給端了大麥茶和一盤西瓜（雖然我不喜歡沙瓤的西瓜），麪可以續。早餐也是很不錯的，大廳裏還有免費的上下午茶，有水果也有零食和飲料，但是那個奶茶是熱的，如果有冰的更好。然後房間裏，設施傢俱都很齊全，面積也不小，就是門鏈子扣不上。總體來説還是挺不錯的。”
看起來確實不錯，感謝酒店各位工作人員對我家人的照顧。
