酒店地理位置很好，停車方便，距離寶塔山、清涼山、延安革命紀念館、楊家嶺、王家坪革命舊址和二道街夜市等景點都不遠。前台美女們服務態度非常好，熱情周到，還免費為我們升級了房間。房間乾淨衞生，寬敞明亮，乾濕分離，還有自助洗衣，自助早餐也不錯。連住了三晚，非常滿意。一點建議:房間地板鋪設的地毯容易踢腳，而且容易積聚細菌，建議撤掉。

本來定了另一家酒店，因為停車問題臨時換了這家，結果真是意外之喜。首先停車很方便，走兩步就到酒店。前台小姐姐也非常熱情，我試着問了能不能升級房間，她很熱心的幫我申請到了豪華親子間！我們打開房間的瞬間，好棒啊，超級大的房間，還做了軟隔，睡覺和看電視互不幹擾，兩張床拼起來就是一張特級大床，床品也舒服極了。孩子開心的跑來跑去，我們也非常放鬆的美美的休息了一晚。超值，下次一定還會選這裏。

延安王梓酒店超預期的好！位於寶塔山，清涼山景區附近，鬧中取靜，出行方便。酒店設施先進高檔嶄新，房間寬敞明亮，實屬高檔酒店！最是超值，價格超實惠，服務態度好，免費為我們升級了房型。停車方便，早餐豐盛，以後來延安絕對還要選擇繼續住。

酒店不錯，房間面積超大，停車也算方便。提兩個小問題，1、停車場能粉刷下，裝個常亮的燈嗎？2、早餐在負一樓，負一樓真的很冷，很像生化危機裏實驗室的感覺。

服務特別優質，前台工作人員感覺我們不適合已訂房型給予極積協調並進行調整，房間寬敞，乾淨衞生，熱水特別好。設施先進、齊全，停車方便，有停車場。WiFi速度快，好用。交通便利，購物方便，吃飯方便，尤其是早餐很豐盛。有電梯，搬運行李很方便。雖然就在路邊但一點也不吵。距寶塔山不遠。
