When you check in to Wanda Realm Hotel Yan'an, you can feel the hospitality of the hotel staff as soon as you enter the lobby. The front desk service butler Vicky added WeChat in advance and informed us of the location of the hotel, which is in the High-tech Zone of Yan'an. We are a family of three and booked a room with a kang bed in a characteristic cave courtyard. The layout in the room is very distinctive. It is a three-meter kang bed with a small courtyard. I communicated with the lady in advance to add an extra quilt to the room and prepare children's toiletries. If you have any questions, you can contact the butler to help you solve them as soon as possible. In the evening, we went to Erdao Street Night Market and ate a street of food. It is also very close to the hotel, very convenient, and the stay experience is superb. It is worth recommending

The appearance is not as good as the aerial view in the picture hahaha
I think as a state guesthouse, it lacks a garden and walking environment. The venue is large but it is basically a square and a parking lot.
The gym is another one open to the public in the basement. I think it is still difficult to find and a bit inconvenient.
Before checking out, I met the waiter who came to clean at 12 o'clock. I don't know if it was not communicated well or what. According to reason, it should be cleaned after checking out.
If the original price and five-star standard, I feel there is room for improvement

Zaoyuan Hotel has a strong sense of time in the appearance of a large hotel, the lobby is magnificent, the facilities are perfect, there are restaurants, swimming pools, specialty shopping shops, etc., parking is convenient, 5 minutes drive from the Zaoyuan Revolutionary Site, 20 minutes drive from Pagoda Mountain, and there is a bus stop at the door. The balcony door can be opened, the room is well ventilated, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is rich and delicious, combining Chinese and Western. When encountering a meeting, there are many people entering the meal, and it will be filled soon. Whether it is the front desk, the concierge (carrying luggage), the floor, the restaurant, the service staff are kind and at home. Manager Feng in the lobby was warm and thoughtful and provided good suggestions for our itinerary. The room found that we had forgotten our mobile phone and contacted us in time. Thank you Fairy for helping to mail it. This time I brought the 90-year-old elderly to Yan'an. I was very satisfied with the Zaoyuan Hotel and would recommend it to friends in the future.

The experience is great! ! From the moment I stepped into the homestay, I was deeply attracted by its unique decoration style. The handmade artwork hanging on the wall and the exquisite small vases placed on the table make the whole space full of the artistic atmosphere of life. The location of this hotel is really good, close to Wuyue Plaza. The mutton hotpot across the street is also good. The hotel service needs to be improved, especially the breakfast restaurant on the top floor. During the morning rush hour, people going downstairs to check out and going upstairs to have breakfast are crowded. The food variety and environment in the restaurant are also seriously mismatched with the number of rooms. I didn't have a good breakfast for two consecutive mornings. It was crowded. The breakfast restaurant waiter also had a sullen face. Maybe it's like this during the National Day holiday.

The floor of the room is very high. Visually, it is 3.2 meters tall and has one floor. It does not feel oppressive and is atmospheric. The room was very clean and the stay was comfortable. Checking in at the front desk during the National Day had to wait in line for half an hour. The three front desks were very busy, but in the end I found that the three of them went through the procedures together. After several steps, only one person checked in, and the others were just preliminary contacts and communication😅😅. Although it was recommended that guests waiting in line at the back go to Tower C to check in, with a bunch of luggage and children, no one was willing to drag their luggage to another building. The biggest complaint was that the front desk reported that orders placed by Ctrip after 6 pm that day were not found in the hotel system at 9:30 pm, and it took a long time to get the room card. The worst thing is that I stayed in Building AC. All breakfast the next day was concentrated in Building B, and the breakfast room in Building A was not open. Fifteen or six hundred people went to the restaurant in Tower B to have breakfast. There was no food because of the crowd. You had to fry your own eggs to get the fried eggs. The management had no plan or plan when faced with the crowd?

The park is covered with green plants. There are outdoor swimming pools for children and adults. Unfortunately, we were in a hurry and didn't have time to experience the water. There are also gardening arrangements, complete housing facilities and equipment, clean and tidy. The staff is very considerate. They turned on the air conditioner in advance, increased the amount of mineral water, and prepared children's slippers. CCat I had a wonderful stay, Lian Jie was very generous and hospitable. She showed me how caves were created and made me a three course dinner! There was great hot water shower and heating panel which kept me feeling toasty even as the temperature plummeted in the night. Definitely recommend this place when you go to the Yucha canyon - it’s 3km away and a fantastic way to help the local economy while enjoying local hospitality.

The small yard is full of seasonal vegetables, which are used for three meals a day for the guests staying in the hotel. The cave-style rooms are full of regional characteristics. The boss and the boss's wife are very enthusiastic. We caught up with the heavy rain that had not been seen for a long time and the road was not easy to walk. We were more than 2 hours later than expected, but the boss still cooked a delicious dinner for us personally. The taste was very good and the ingredients were fresh. The boss introduced himself and said that he had been a chef in Beijing. What's more unexpected is that a few hundred meters away from the farmhouse is the Niuweizhai Observation Deck - the classic big bend of the Yellow River, which is also a free scenic spot. The Yellow River is very spectacular. I recommend everyone to come here. It is very cost-effective.

One of the revolutionary sites is a very short walk away: 25 yuan entrance plus 100 yuan deposit for the audio guide. Alipay doesn’t work, but WeChat does. Or bring cash.

MM.O.T.A.S around the worldGreat value for money. the hotel is in a good location on a very commercial street, yet the noise does not filter to the room. beds were clean and comfortable, the bathroom had separate shower room was clean and toiletries provided. welcoming fruit was nice and fresh, breakfast was the standard vegetables, congee and rice. would definitely visit again, staff were friendly and very patient dealing with our foreign passports.
