今年新開的酒店，都是新的，很乾凈，酒店前台小姐姐服務很好，看我們帶孩子還贈送了餐券，保安大叔也很熱情，幫忙拿了行李。房間裏的電視很大，床是1.35的，夠一個大人帶一個孩子睡，枕頭有兩種，有蕎麥枕頭，能睡得舒服一點，一次性拖鞋很厚實，底子很厚，麪也絨絨的，還準備了洗澡用的塑料拖鞋，不用擔心把拖鞋弄濕。不足的地方是房間略微還有一些裝修的味道，暫時沒有自己的停車場和早餐區，用的是對面酒店的，但是前台小姐姐説他們自己的停車場馬上就裝修好了，對面酒店的早餐可能是好幾個酒店共同的就餐區，人很多，餐上的不及時，品種不多，希望悦星儘快弄好自己的早餐區。總體推薦，希望儘快完善設施。

This hotel is in a good location. It is not far from the Zaoyuan ruins, Yangjialing, Wangjiaping, and the Revolutionary Memorial Hall. It is very convenient to take the bus and taxi. The service staff is warm and thoughtful. The rooms are well-equipped, not small in size and very cost-effective.

Good, recommended hotel. First, after placing the order, they asked if there were children or elderly people, and whether they needed a quieter room. The care was great. Second, the hotel is in a good location. The old Jiefang Theater and Qingliang Mountain are right outside the door. Across the road is the bridge. You can see Pagoda Mountain on the bridge. Wanda and Erdao Street are across the bridge. It is very convenient for traveling and eating. It is recommended not to drive when going to Erdao Street, but to walk there. First, it is difficult to park, and second, it is easy to get stuck in traffic. Third, the bed in the hotel is very comfortable, the kind that you want to buy one yourself. I have to praise the hotel. There are 4 bottles of water in the room and 2 bottles in the refrigerator. It is very friendly and convenient for business travelers. Fourth, the service is good. The front desk staff of the hotel are attentive and responsive to every request, making everyone feel at home. They carefully prepare milk and specialty dog-head dates, and give paper-cuts with the word ”Fu” as a gift when leaving the hotel. This is a sincere heart for customers! The first trip after the epidemic, the most satisfying thing about the whole trip was this Mercure hotel. The hygiene of the room is very clean! Disadvantages: 1. Don't choose the executive room facing the street. It's like standing on the edge of the road all night, listening to the sound of the endless stream of vehicles, and occasionally a horn, which is more exciting. The price is so expensive, and the cost performance is far from good. 2. The hotel breakfast is warmly presented, but I have to say that there is no highlight. The freshly cooked noodles are very unpalatable. It's unpalatable and a whole bowl is served. Don't you think it's a waste? There is also porridge, which is cold, and the dishes are average (matching the room or breakfast price, it's not worth it at all).

Enjoyed a very pleasant 4 day trip to visit the historical and revolutionary sites of Yan’an and the trip was made much better thanks to a very comfortable and convenient stay at the Wanda Realm. For anybody who plans to visit the city I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located just to the south of the old city of Yan’an in the newly built Wanda City area. It is a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the old center (depending on traffic) and it’s relatively easy to call a taxi with a ride hailing app like Didi. It’s also within walking distance of the Red Street 红街 tourism area that has a theatre, cinema, activities, coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is new and all of the main public areas are clean and well maintained - such as the lobby, hotel rooms, restaurant and gym/pool. The gym contains my favorite Life Fitness gym equipment (a quality brand) and the multi-lane, 25m meter pool is a dream for anyone who likes to swim. It even offers a good view. The hotel breakfast is very good value for money and offers a high quality selection of Western-style food (bread, eggs, bacon, sausages and cereals) as well as very tasty local Chinese food - especially local Yan’an/Shanxi noodles and dumplings. For any foreigners like me, you’ll get a good sense of local taste with good ingredients. The room was very clean and spacious with nice balcony and great view of the lake and Red Street. Service staff was excellent and many staff speak good English. We even received a nice hand written message and welcome fruits. Especially if you travel with children, this is where you should stay in Yan’an. Thank you for making my holiday more enjoyable.
