The food, the filth, and the quality of the room are the worst.It says it includes one drink, but the coupon you get is 100 yen off the drink.I made a reservation for 4 people, and 2 of them will be joining us at noon, so I bought everyone's lift tickets first. Is it possible to receive it? When I asked about it, I was told that it was possible, but apparently I had to go to the front desk to get the lift ticket, and when I showed my smartphone on the reservation screen to the front desk to ride the snowmobile, I was told that if I showed my smartphone at the ticket office, I would get a lift ticket. Is that what you came here for? I couldn't get a ticket to go to the ticket office, so when I checked with the hotel, I was told that they had forgotten to give me the ticket, and when I had to get back on the snowmobile to get it again, they complained that I was only allowed one ticket per person on the snowmobile. I waited in line at the ticket office twice, and somehow two and a half hours passed from the time I started skiing on the snowmobile at 17:00 in the morning.There was no time for the return snowmobile in the morning, so I always had to leave my luggage in a paid locker. It is better to go up from the parking lot via the lift, which requires two trips on the moving walkway and one trip on the extremely crowded lift for an hour. The location is the worst.The uncle and aunty at the front desk can't even speak Japanese and I can't get a proper answer. It was the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in in my life.

For the low price of 25,000 yen, including round-trip bus fare from the metropolitan area, unlimited lift rides, and rentals, I think it would be more than enough to stay there and have breakfast and dinner for the price. I think the people who are writing bad reviews have too high expectations because they usually stay at cheaper accommodations. Every time we go on family trips, we always stay at fairly high-end hotels, but this hotel is worth the price compared to a ski hotel on a cheap bus tour, so I have no intention of writing a bad review. If you are an adult and want a lot of things from a ski accommodation on a bus tour, I think you will need to pay twice as much. I will write what my son was able to confirm about what others have written. The volume of the in-house announcement can be adjusted in each room to make it quieter. The room is cold in winter, so I would like the futon to be a little warmer. I wake up cold in the morning. The 500 yen compensation for lift and rental will be refunded later. 初めてスキーの宿に泊まったのだが最悪だった。 部屋に虫がでる、壁などを修理せずに白い紙を貼っているだけや汚れが清掃されずにいる。 チェックインまで荷物を預かってくれなくてお金かかるロッカー(200円400円)に置くしかない。 大浴場にドライヤー1つしかない、部屋にドライヤーない。 ネット回線が非常に悪い。 従業員不足で売店や質問対応が間に合ってない。 ホテルまでの道が遠い。 値段の割にホテルがなっていない。 ただ人柄は良い。

友達と1泊2日で宿泊しました。ここまで不満いっぱいの宿泊先・レンタルは初めてで、初めて口コミを書きます。 【ホテル】 築年数が経っているのである程度は覚悟してましたが、日々の掃除がされているのか疑う程の汚さでした(特に大浴場)。部屋はティッシュすらなく、テレビも内線も使えません。夕食も朝食も少なすぎて、おかずは大きなお皿にちょこっと乗っているだけです。荷物も預かってもらえないので、ホテル内のコインロッカーを使用することになります。雪上車も往復一度ずつしか乗れない&本数が少なかったです。 【レンタル】 ホテルよりレンタルが最悪でした。最初に借りる時も要領が悪すぎて進まず、寒い中外で待ちました。ツアーにオシャレウェアありと記載されてましたが、自分でウェアを選べません。サイズを伝えると従業員の方が選んで渡されます。オシャレウェアがあっても選べないなら意味ありません。ボードのビンディングの向きも最初から30°になっており、滑りづらかったので直してもらうようお願いしに行ったら、「お姉さん向き替えましたか？」と聞かれたので変えてませんと答えると「そんなはずないけどな。これ使っていいっすよ」と返却されたばかりの別のボードを渡されました。向きを変えずに貸し出したならそちらの責任なのに、こっちのせいにされてただただ腹が立ちました。意味わかりません。 サイズが合わなかったり、ブーツに穴が空いていたりレンタル品が足りなかったりで計6回ほどレンタルショップに行きましたが、謝罪の言葉も一度もなくほとんどの従業員の方の態度が悪すぎて驚きました。いくら学生でも最低限の接客はしてください。せっかくの旅行がこの人たちのせいで悲しい気持ちになりました。 もう二度と利用しません。ホテルやレンタルにこだわらず少しでも安く済ませたい学生さん向きです。検討されている方別のホテルに泊まった方がいいと思います。最後まで読んでいただき、ありがとうございました。

竜王でスキー・スノーボードをしようとしてる方、絶対にココだけには泊まらないようにしてください！！ 不快だった点 ・ツアーバス停から徒歩で辿り着くことができない ・ご飯付きプランで出てくるご飯が刑務所より酷い ・部屋のトイレが常に水漏れしていて臭い ・16時頃に滑るのを辞めて宿に着いてもお風呂に入れないこと ・脱衣所にゴミやタバコの吸い殻が落ちているなど清掃がされていない ・部屋の布団にシーツがないこと ・西館から東館までの道のりが遠い、階段を下って上がってを複数繰り返さなければならない 実際のご飯はこんな感じで、ハム以外にご飯のおかずがありませんでした。
