The hotel is a 10-minute drive from Yudanaka tram station. The hotel can pick you up for free in the afternoon. You need to contact the hotel in advance. The hotel also has a scheduled service for free to the station or Jigokudani. The hotel room is large, Japanese style, with a bathtub, and drinks and snacks are charged. The hotel has one night and two meals. Dinner and breakfast are both set meals, which are very rich and filling. Take the key provided by the hotel, you can wear a kimono and experience the 9 hot springs in the hot spring street for free, but I personally think the top floor of the hotel is better, one indoor and one outdoor, you can see the stars at night. It is also very close to Jinjuya, a 5-minute walk, and it is a very cost-effective hotel, highly recommended.

When I arrived at Yudanaka Station, I tried to call on my cell phone, but the phone didn't work, so I was able to request a shuttle service with the help of the station staff. It didn't take long for the staff to come and we were able to move quickly and comfortably. From the time I arrived, they came out to the door and greeted me kindly, and they kindly explained the nearby hot spring tour and the use of the ryokan facilities. We were a family of four (2 adults, 2 children), but the accommodation was not small. Dinner on the day of check-in and breakfast the next day were provided, and the meals were delicious, and the staff who served the food were also very kind. When I returned to the room after dinner, a cozy blanket was set up, so I could rest comfortably. When I checked out the next day, I was able to go to the monkey park through the shuttle service. Overall, all the staff were very kind, so I felt good. The facilities were clean, and there were many things to see around, so I definitely want to go again next time. I highly recommend it to others.

It's very convenient to bring children. 1) Transfer: The hotel has a shuttle bus, station-hotel-station; station-hotel-snow monkey hot springs, fluent in English, and the bus is clean. 2) Room: It is a relatively newly renovated house, very clean, and the details are also handled very carefully. 3) Hot spring: I went to experience the free hot springs in Shibu Hot Spring Street, which is just a gimmick compared to the hotel. The hotel's hot spring is on the sixth floor. It snowed today and went to soak in the snow view hot spring in the morning. The view is excellent. 4) We booked breakfast temporarily. The meal is Japanese, reasonably priced, and delicious. 5) The proprietress speaks fluent English and is gentle and decent. She suggested that we can take our luggage to the snow monkeys the next day, and then take the bus back to Nagano Station on the spot, which is very convenient.
