Very bad, don't book this hotel! 1. We were not given the key to the hot springs in the hot spring street. 2. There was no bathroom in the room, and we had to go downstairs to the bathroom. 3. We were not allowed to store our luggage, saying that the next day was a holiday and the hotel would close after 10 o'clock. 4. We were charged a hot spring tax and a heating fee of 1,350 yen on site, so the total room price was 1,400 yen, which only included one breakfast. There was hair in the rice. It was a disgusting experience! Please avoid it.
