The hotel told me that they accepted my cancellation and would pay back about half of the payment but Trip shows that the hotel denied my request and I received no reimbursement.

Room is large and spacious, with heaters and warm blankets provided. Bathroom is shared but they are good for the price we pay. We had onsen bath every night and there were only few guests using them. The owners were very polite and helpful. Had a great stay at this place, enjoying the Ryokan bedroom and dining for the 2 nights we stayed.

We stayed here for 4 nights in April 2024. The location is very convenient, the bus station is nearby. The embankment is also very close. We had a great time in Yamanakako. You can rent a bicycle nearby and ride around the lake. The places around are very beautiful and calm. The owners try very hard. They keep it clean and prepare delicious breakfasts. There is also a small onsen for residents. There is a shared toilet on the floor. You can wash yourself in it and take a steam bath. In terms of price-quality ratio 5 out of 5.

The room is comfortable and one of the options in Yamanakako. The shared bathroom is indeed a bit inconvenient. Elderly people should choose carefully. Breakfast is also good. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the lake. good

The bedding is relatively old, and the location is easy to find. It only takes three or four minutes to get off the bus in Hirano. There is a 711 next to Hirano Station, and there is probably nothing to eat nearby. I went here just to watch the sunrise, but I didn't see anything, which is a pity.
