Location is close enough to the lake. Great service, we didn’t know there is a deadline for check in by 9pm otherwise the whole hotel will be closed. We got there at 10pm and the hotel is peach dark and Locked. Glad trip.com called the hotel for us and the hotel staff check us in. Very thankful for them! The room was ice cold when we got in. Turned on the heater but even until the next morning the room is still not warm enough!

Very satisfied! The location of the hotel is near Lake Yamanaka. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is very convenient. The hotel room is clean, tidy and comfortable, decorated in a Japanese style, and the quality of the service staff is also very high. Whether it is cleaning or check-in, it is very smooth and feels very comfortable. The service attitude is super good! All in all a very satisfying trip!

A big spider was on the ceiling and another one was in a bath towel the following day! Doors are left unopened to circulate air! Gaps under doors.
Apart from that, a nice enough stay.

Wi-Fiがつながりにくかった。あとなぜかテレビが限られたチャンネルしか見られなかった。設備は綺麗で、スタッフさんも良かった。大浴場が使えなかったのはとても残念。

コロナの中素泊まりで利用しました。
なので、仕方ないですが、チェックイン済ませた後は何のコミニュケーションも無して。言葉を交わす事もありませんでした。
チェックアウトの鍵もフロントに置いておいてください。とのこと。
でも、わからないことは、内線電話で聞けましたので不便はありませんでした。
部屋に冷蔵庫があれば良かったです。
食事は現在提供が無かったので完全持ち込みでしたから。
大浴場も現在閉鎖。
でも、価格的に満足です。
