Attached to Yamagata Station. Easy for transportation. Although we weren’t allowed for early checked in, they help us kept most of luggage in their storage. Luggage that Ive sent from my previous destination were directly sent to my room. Lobby staff were friendly. Room was spacious, bed were big enough for us (2 adults and a 4 years old boy). They even give my son amenities (slippers and toothbrush sets). Laundry service was affordable although located in another wing, the machine usage status frequently updated in the tv info page. Very helpful. Breakfast was either set of japanese or english breakfast. We are a muslim family, although they cannot provide halal food but the team hell us to omit meat products. Both me was luxurious and delicious. Recommended place to stay if you’re in Yamagata.

It takes 10 minutes to walk from the Zao bus station to the hotel. You can call the hotel car to pick it up, but the hotel is the closest to the gondola lift. It is very convenient. However, the inside is clean. The front desk is on the first floor. From the entrance to the outside, you will get down another floor. Also, to go upstairs from the fourth floor, you need to change the elevator. It's a bit troublesome to often go out and out from the upper floor.
