I love this place. Great location. The room is typical Japanese room. There is no shower inside the room but public onsen available on the 1st floor. This is what I wanted. The front desk is very helpful although there is some communication barrier😅. Overall I highly recommend this hotel👍🙏

酒店在小山丘上,有雪景加持配搭清靜的環境,身心得以輕鬆..
露天溫泉是可以看到外面山坡上的雪景的, 酒店職員很友善,會盡力幫助你的需要.
就我因為帶上大行李, 有麻煩職員安排了車子送到藏王bus terminal, 很感謝他們的用心.

我們在這住了兩晚，性價比很高的一家酒店，泡湯很舒服，方便不大，但應有盡有，服務也很好，特別是餐廳的爺爺哈哈哈哈，還會再來。

Awesome staff! Amazing onsen and spectacular location My husband and I stayed overnight to check out Zao monster. Unfortunately, we were too late because Zao monster has started melting. Anyhow, the reception desk was so helpful in ensuring we enjoy Zao and that we’re able to find our way back to the hotel. The shuttle driver was very nice too. The hotel offers shuttle from Bus terminal, Zao ropeway. The onsen pools are superb! I really enjoy the outdoor onsen. You will have to request in advance for breakfast/dinner when you make hotel reservations.

We stayed for two nights, with dinner and breakfast. The hot springs were cloudy white high alkaline and were refreshing and nice on our skin. We loved them. The room had a great view of the mountains and a ski jump. The fog rolling in was beautiful. The meals were delicious and, in particular, the waiters were friendly and helpful with information about the area. Zao itself was interesting and had free hot spring huts where you can relax. Go and enjoy!

蔵王といえばスキー場、スキー場といえば温泉はセットですね笑 さて、蔵王温泉は、この時期高いので安めのこちらでお世話になりました。 場所は、市内より車で２０ふんくらいで、山形って田舎なので車が少なくてめちゃめちゃストレスフリーでした＾＾。あ、ディスってるわけじゃありませんよ。 で、蔵王は夜になればまっくラで、今回晩御飯は外で食して、こちらの温泉目的で、早めに入館です。 でさっそく風呂にいきます。 においが硫黄の臭いで最高です＾＾ 温泉好きには たまらん臭いです＾＾ 旅館としては、古いのが否めませんが、でも雪が積もる場所なので仕方ないかな。 蔵王きにいりました＾＾

「スタッフの対応が丁寧」「気配りが上手」このような口コミが目立ちます。 半信半疑でしたが、口コミ通りのサービス良い旅館。 何よりも廉価、コストパフォーマンスは最高です。 築浅の小ぎれいなホテルでないと我慢できない方には向いていません。 築年数は有りますが、掃除は行き届いています。 久しぶりに教えたくないお宿を見つけました。
