There was a little bit of a problem with the pick-up at Zao Onsen Station at the beginning. The operator's English was not very good, but we were finally picked up! Then the hotel is relatively old, but very clean! On the last day when we were about to leave, we asked if we needed to pick up guests at the station, and then they just helped us to pick up at the station, so the round-trip pick-up service was very good!

The location is a bit far from the ski resort. It takes about 8 minutes to get to Kaminodai and 10 minutes to Chuo. But there is a hotel parking lot where you can drive to and from the ski resort. The hot springs are nice and comfortable, and the food is delicious. After all, the hotel has a lot of history and the equipment is a bit old, but it is also very clean.

Not bad. It's best to ask them to pick you up because you have to climb a hill and it's very high. The dinner tastes good. The breakfast is average. The hot spring is on the underground floor. If you don't stay, you can go to a meeting room in the basement to change clothes and go skiing. You can also leave your luggage there.
