Beautiful hotel with a large area for rest and reading books, and play area for young child. A lot of comic books available. My child enjoy the stay very much! Excellent buffet breakfast. Dinner also very nice. Public bath has a beautiful view of the mountain ＜3 ＜3

酒店內設備真的沒話說，我們一行5人有大有小。這酒店空間感很好，有漫畫書，波波池，乒乓球室可供娛樂。溫泉也不錯，半露天溫泉看雪山。

サ活目的で選びました。室内着と水着は何度も交換OKとのことで、宿泊するならば、水着は荷物になるので不要かなと思いました。部屋が1階で、スタッフさんから「1階は景観があまり良くなくて...」とのことでしたが、ほとんど温泉・サウナ・遊び場所・読書と、部屋以外で過ごすことが多いので気になりませんでした。逆に、レストランやサウナガーデンが近くなので便利でした。随所で、お水やコーヒーなどが飲み放題なのがよかったです。どの持ち場のスタッフさんも感じが良くて親切で、1番印象に残りました。またゆっくりと泊まりたいです。

家族旅行で、初の山形市、宿探して人気有る 当ホテルを利用しました。ネットで検索し、洋室しか予約出来ず案の定チェックイン時、和室空きなく予定通り洋室へ、風呂やサウナなどリラックスできる空間有り、スタッフさんの気遣いや清潔感がとても良いです。出来れば、ゆったりする施設なら朝食時間を長くして欲しかったです。幼児向けでは無かった。

Just 20 minutes drive from the city centre and skiing site. The staff is very helpfull and polite. The room is very clean and tidy. The onsen is on the top floor with a very good view. A highly recommended hotel.

My room was dark, reeked of smoke and small. I was offered another larger room with view and had to pay more. The manager said he would waive the extra costs but at the bill when I checked out, he did not waive it. The food was mediocre. Hotel is not next to another, it was expensive to take taxi.
