There is a hot spring downstairs. Very clean. There is a Yamagata beef restaurant nearby, and you have to queue up, but it is delicious and cost-effective, and there is Lawson downstairs. 24-hour service, very convenient

初めての宿泊でした。スタッフの対応は良かったですが、客室のバスルームのお湯を出すと黒い粒や油の様な物が沢山出てきました。 それに気付いたのはチェックアウト前にお湯に浸かろうと思ってバスタブにお湯をためている時でした。それまでは、それに気付かず前夜はシャワーや歯みがきにそのお湯を使用していました。 バスタブと洗面の両方から同じ物が出てきました。チェックアウト時にスタッフに全てお話しをしました。何が出てきていたのか、黒い物は何だったのか、口に入れてしまった経緯も話し、不安なので確認して連絡を頂きたいと伝えましたが、 未だに連絡がなく、不快なので投稿させて頂きました。スタッフに経緯を話した時も謝罪はありませんでした。今まで海外のホテルでもこの様な事はなく、日本のホテルでこの様な事が起きるのは残念です。それと空気清浄機があるのは嬉しいのですが、加湿用の給水タンクなどがカビだらけで した。加湿器のカビが原因で体調が重篤な状態になる事をニュースなどで確認した事はありませんか？こちらのホテルは改善しなければならない点が沢山あると思います。

The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of variety. Unfortunately, the indoor bath is small. There were pubs nearby that I could walk to, which was nice.

Satisfactory in overall

I had booked a non-smoking room, but the room was taken away for smoking. When I showed them the reservation screen and asked them to confirm, they said, ``This screen says smoking is allowed,'' so I gave up. I felt that the service was a little strange.

There was a convenience store on the 1st floor, which was very convenient. There are also buses and taxis, so it's convenient. I will use it again.

I think the location depends on the person, but it's perfect for people who have a trial the next day. There are also delicious restaurants nearby. The room is small. However, I think the amenities such as coffee are good, and the large bath is wonderful, so it's definitely worth it. I also passed, but my companion said that the breakfast was excellent.
